You guys were great with getting me back on the road when I came in with a flat tire.

Great people and excellent service

A truck lost an extension ladder on the freeway. I could not avoid hitting it. Concerned about tires, alignment, etc, I stopped back by the American Fork, Utah store. The staff got me right in, not only checking the alignment and tires, but also the under carriage. They made sure that our car was not only safe to drive, but also, made sure it was mechanically sound. When finished they didn't charge for this safety check. We will be coming back to purchase tires here for my 3/4 truck.

They were very sensitive to my time restraints and gave me a ride home, offering also to pick me up; but that wasn't necessary. Quick work, as well...

I like being able to schedule an appointment. They had what I needed. Because of Wifi I was able to work while I waited. The did everything I asked and were nice about it.

I ran over a screw and my tire immediately went flat! I was across the street from Big O, so I drove over there to see if they could help me. When I pulled up at 6:20, I saw the sign on the door that said they closed at 6:00. I was a little worried, but immediately one of the guys came out, took one look at my tire and took my car right back without another thought! 5 minutes later I was back on the road! I was so impressed that they would take my car 20 minutes after they closed! Great customer service!

Jake recommend awesome winter tires for our car. He called us to let us know when they were in stock and got them quickly put on our car. We always have a great experience at Big O!
