Always nice and friendly. Breaks down the costs. Usually quick.

I had a screw in my tire and needed it repaired. The wait was shorter than expected and because they were Big O tires, the repair cost me nothing. It was a great, stress-free visit.

I had a tire blow on my way to the airport. Big O told me that they would fix me up with 4 new tires, throw my spare back on the back of the car and get me on the road and to the airport in 20 minutes. I didn't believe them so I started my timer. They had me back on the road in 17 minutes!! Amazingly friendly service!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I appreciated their concern for some other issues that I was not aware of (brakes). I've been shopping at Big O for many years and will continue to do so. I love how I can drop in when I'm having a tire pressure issue, or a nail in my tire, etc. You guys are the BEST!

Ryan and his team always have my back when it comes to any car problems, I always use them.

When I arrived the first day, they were able to look at the tires immediately. When they discovered I needed new tires, they were on top of it. While they didn't have all of the needed tires in stock, they ordered them, for arrival the next day. We arranged a time frame to come back with the car. Because I would be driving on bald tires, they gave me several ideas... such as staying off the freeway because of high speeds! The next day we dropped off the car. Big O personal were able to do both the tire replacement and alignment necessary in a timely fashion. I use a cane, and every visit, the staff was courteous in making sure they opened the door while I entered and exited. VERY Courteous!!!
