Came for balancing and an alignment, which were completed in good time, however upon driving the vehicle, it didn't feel aligned correctly. Tristan, the alignment tech, drove it a bit and tried to rotate the front tires again, but the issue remained. It seemed to be something he couldn't change because the vehicle was within spec, however I really appreciated his willingness and patience in working with me, and the happy attitude he had. Definitely would come back again. Somebody give this man a raise!
