Competent staff. The only downside was having to wait to have a tire come in from California.

The man at the counter could not have been more friendly. Having a strong automotive background myself, he was on point and knew what he was saying. I had a brief conversation with the tech as well, and he was very friendly too. I would suggest keeping an eye on the grease marks. There were grease foot prints on the drivers door sill, and center console. To some they would rightly be pretty upset. I get it, and while somewhat inconvenient it was only a minor annoyance to me. Overall I would recommend this shop.

The shocks I got installed for me are great, and got no problems with it at all.

First, I'd called for an estimate. Later, when I called to ask if I needed an appointment, I was told to just come on in, it would be finished by the end of the day. They kept their word, with information along the way. Thanks!

I have gone to this location a while and the guys in the front have always been the same and they're super helpful and know their stuff. i can tell that customer service is their priority. Also the healthy car special is a good value to me.

We just had a flat tire. Your crew fixed it for free. That was unexpected and so nice. We will be back.

I brought in a truck for an alignment check today.Turns out it needed one and rather badly at that.Due to a long list of circumstances it just wasn't the best news.I had been working with Don on the purchase of new tires and so he was helping me with the alignment.I won't go into the details of what he did that was so over-the-top kind but it meant the world to me.I will bring every vehicle to him from now on not because of Big O, necessarily, but because of Don.Just so so grateful for service that measured up fulling to the meaning of the word.Thank you, Don.

They were great, super friendly. I had to go back because the alignment was off even after all that work....they took care of it immediately and gave me a free oil change to boot.

My son had 2 tires with slow leaks and has been filling them at the gas station every few days. I explained to him how his tires were purchased at Big O and they fix flats for free. Less than an hour later the problem was solved.
