Big O Tires

I was not greeted at my car, because it was very busy inside. You team fixed my tire and rotated the tires. I am not sure about the alignment check I was trying to get to my boys football game and dropped my vehicle off and left. I was sent a text message when it was done. My wife picked up the vehicle. Thanks for the service and I have nothing negative about the experience.

The owner, Ryan, makes us feel that he has our best interest at heart. He is knowledgeable, friendly, cheerful and not pushy. The other gentlemen working the counters are the same. I have noticed that they know many of their customers by name. So, we aren’t the only returning customers. We also like that it truly is a one stop shop. My last visit included new tires, oil change, alignment and a new windshield. We have been coming here for a while and have no plans to go elsewhere.

These guys explained everything well, were super nice on the phone and in the showroom and got it all done in less than 5 hours. Plus I think they cleaned my car as well. Thank you.
