I went to this store earlier this week to get two new tires. The service was very quick and quality work. The people were extremely friendly and told me exactly what I needed on my car to keep me and my wife safe. I'm going to be back in a few weeks to get my alignment fixed. I've already told my friends about this location! Keep up the good work.

I needed to replace all four tires on my car and then ran over a screw so I needed to get it done that night. My local car repair place needed a day to get the tires in, but we wanted it done so we called Big O in American Fork and they said they had the tires we needed in stock. We went in and not only were the guys at the front desk extremely helpful, but the service was fast! They won my business. I will be returning here!

As always I was treated royally and my problem addressed quickly and expertly. I have recommend Big O to many friends in will continue to do so.

I have been going to Big O for some time but not at this location. Unfortunately, at the other location, they would treat me with little interest and not give me any details on my car. (I grew up with mechanics and was looking for details, but I often run into the stigma of being a woman). At this location, they finally gave me the detailed information that I was looking for, and performed the services even faster than they had told me. I am very pleased and will go back again

This is my 2nd time to this store and I have been very impressed both times. Two different gentlemen helped me each time. Each one was very professional and pleasant. They each seemed to enjoy their job and the people they work with. That makes me think the store is well managed and appreciates its employees. I don't like supporting any business that doesn't value and appreciate its employees.

Did not overcharge me. Fixed exactly what needed to be fixed and at a reasonable price.

I have come into this location multiple times and I am beyond impressed with the customer service. I always ask for Slaytor, he is so helpful, very professional and knows what he is doing. I will forever be a customer at this location.
