Dustin is the best customer service agent I've seen, he's at the American Fork store and really knows his stuff. I always buy my tires at that store just because of the great service. Dustin checked my front wheel alignment last weekend for no charge because I had gotten my tires last November at his store. The Honda dealership in Orem told me that very morning I needed to have the front tires aligned, they gave me a printout showing how far they were out of alignment, and I drove straight to Big O. Dustin ran his test within 1 hour and proved them WRONG and that dealership calibration was not accurate. If I had let the dealership do the alignment that morning it would have cost me about $80. Dustin is very honest and really cares about the customers. I will continue to spend my money at Big O tires because of him and the excellent staff. Curtis Lund American Fork

I had some issues come up from past problems on my vehicle that were fixed initially and they had issues again. They fixed it all for free and did my brakes quickly and communicated everything great.

Service was great, had them put shocks on the front of my truck with an alignment and mount/balance of wheels and tires. Jared and Colton were awesome to work with, very willing to go the extra mile.

Great customer service, as usual. After comparing prices at two other vendors Big O won out. I should have just went there first. Plus they kindly offered to install the windshield wipers that I purchased next door at Auto Zone. You cant beat these guys for customer service or price.

I brought in a truck for an alignment check today.Turns out it needed one and rather badly at that.Due to a long list of circumstances it just wasn't the best news.I had been working with Don on the purchase of new tires and so he was helping me with the alignment.I won't go into the details of what he did that was so over-the-top kind but it meant the world to me.I will bring every vehicle to him from now on not because of Big O, necessarily, but because of Don.Just so so grateful for service that measured up fulling to the meaning of the word.Thank you, Don.

My son had 2 tires with slow leaks and has been filling them at the gas station every few days. I explained to him how his tires were purchased at Big O and they fix flats for free. Less than an hour later the problem was solved.
