Big O Tires

I went in on a Saturday to have my tires rotated. After some diagnostic work, they determined that I needed new tires. They saw that the wear on them was weird, and they found out that the shocks and struts were very old (original ones and my car had 100K miles on it) so they highly suggested they get replaced. It was quite pricey for just wanting my tires rotated, but I'm glad they helped me out. They even took me in the shop to see my worn out shocks and they looked horrendous. The car works great now.

Service and rotation went really well, they got me in really fast did the rotation, but they keep forgetting to adjust my tire pressure which is not safe for me to drive my truck let alone tow a trailer with 80 psi in the front tires and 60 psi in my rear tires. This is the 4 time they have did this to me. A company that sells tires should be more responsible with tire, balance and rotation care than just rotate them with out checking air pressure.

I think they try hard to help everyone. The wait times for some services seem longer than they should take so continual updates on what's happening would be nice specifically if you are waiting for a longer time. They don't try to sell you on products you don't need which I appreciate.

Big-O in American Fork is the only place I trust outside of the dealership to take care of my car. The guys there are friendly and knowledgeable and I can tell that they care about their customers. Best service, hands down!

They always try to get me taken care of and in and out of the shop as soon as possible, so I can get back on the road. I expect quality service on all repairs made to my vehicle, knowing I will not be broken down on the road out in the hot sun. Thanks

The service was awesome. I came in on a Saturday so it took some time, but great care was taken with my car to make sure any problem was caught. They didn't try to sell me anything that wasn't necessary and I felt like the mechanics were being honest. And I can definitely tell the difference in driving!

Overall very friendly staff and they seemed to know their stuff. That being said, the wait was very long--I waited for about an hour-and-a-half just to have a tire patched and an oil change.

Recommended by my son in law. I was not disappointed. Very friendly knowledgeable and fast service to boot!
