Big O Tires

The only drawback was that I had to come in twice to get the flat repaired. The store was very busy, and I was turned away the first day since I had to work till 5:00, and didn't arrive till 5:15 due to traffic. I did have an appointment, and had to get to it. luckily the gas station with free air was very close. I was able to get in the second day since I got off work earlier than 5:00. The staff was very helpful, and was able to get me in within a reasonable amount of time. One star was taken off because of having to wait a day. I do understand that your store by me is very busy all the time.

Price was better then all competitors in the area.I had wheels, tires and leveling done.

It was great the fixed my problem fast and the car is running perfect!! The only thing I could say was there were lots of hand prints on my door and greese on the inside but other then that great experience

Came in with a flat tire that I had pulled off the vehicle. It had been run flat and ruined the side wall (dang kid). Didn't have a matching 35" Toyo tire in stock, so asked what was in stock and got a Nitto that was supposed to be just a .40 less in height (because shop didn't have any 35" tires at all). Returned to my vehicle with the tire and installed it, then returned to get the other 3 installed. After I left shop, I went to the Maverick for gas, I noticed that the tires seemed way different and I had kept the Toyos in the back of my pickup, so I pulled one out and set it beside the new tires (they were 2 inches shorter), so not even close to what I had on vehicle prior to this. Had to return to shop and ask for some 35" Nittos to be brought down and installed (no reason to have a lift with short tires). So bit of a hassle when i would expect Big O to have a lot of 35" tires on hand - but at least we got a reasonable solution and I have been going to Big O for 30 years. So finally got all tires swapped and on my way for the weekend. Made it half way to St. George and the tire gauge started showing low tire pressure and it was dropping slowly. Put some air in the tire and made it to the destination - but in the morning tire was flat to the ground. Borrowed a car, bought a little compressor, aired the tire up, and took it to Walmart which was real close by (15 miles to Big O). I figured it was the valve, so we pulled the core, cleaned all the threads and replaced the core and that seemed to have fixed the problem. The Shop mentioned that with a tire that can take 80+ pounds that it should have a "High-Pressure" valve stem and mine were not. Note that I had Big O replace all my valve stems about a year ago because all of them failed on me at the same time (really weird i Know) - but why did I not get the "high-pressure" valves at that install? Also, do you change them on the set of 4 new tires or is that extra beyond the nearly $2,000 I paid for the tires?

Stopped in for a slow leak for my tire.Fixed and on my way in no time.No charge.

Our tire blew, they ordered a new one, had it shipped to their store and gave us a temporary car to use while we waited. Professional, honest, dependable.

BROUGHT IN MY DAUGHTER'S CAR--THE TIRE WAS ALMOST FLAT, DIDN'T SEEM TO HOLD AIR.THEY WERE BUSY AND INDICATED IT WOULD TAKE AN HOUR--IT WAS 35 MINUTES AND NO CHARGE (AND THEY WERE NOT BIG O TIRES)THANK YOU!

I feel that your employees are honest and they treated me well. They could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge, but I feel that they were straight up with me. My only issue is that even after I got the alignment fixed, my car still pulls a little to the left. That makes me feel a little uneasy. But overall it was a good experience. Big O in AF is a good store!

Great service with tire repair on tires not even bought from them.Three times, at 2 different locations.Next time I needed tires, Big O is where I went.Also, I appreciate the shuttle service provided.

I will preface my comment acknowledging that I had issues with previous visits to this store. I met with and talked to the owner about my problem and was not expecting to get the satisfaction I should have expected. The owner was genuine and sincere and worked to find a reasonable solution to my problem even offering some great deals to help resolve my problem. I received excellent service and professional care. While I am always skeptical that things will continue to be better I know they are trying hard to make things right and working hard to give good customer service. I know that some of the angst I had going in was due to things that occurred prior to the ownership changes and the owners are working hard to overcome those images. I am satisfied with the level of service I received. I want to recognize that the owner went beyond his obligation to keep my business. I will continue to refer to them because of this experience. I think they are worth at least talking to if you are considering any tires or services.

Ryan was great! You can really tell that he cares about the person, not the money. I felt the other people were there to sell me stuff and raise my bill as much as possible. I was disappointed with that.

I needed to replace all four tires on my car and then ran over a screw so I needed to get it done that night. My local car repair place needed a day to get the tires in, but we wanted it done so we called Big O in American Fork and they said they had the tires we needed in stock. We went in and not only were the guys at the front desk extremely helpful, but the service was fast! They won my business. I will be returning here!

I was told that I was "next in line" for a few cars, and my estimated wait time stayed the same/grew longer. Eventually I left without the alignment because of the lack of communication and frustration.

I have been going to Big O for some time but not at this location. Unfortunately, at the other location, they would treat me with little interest and not give me any details on my car. (I grew up with mechanics and was looking for details, but I often run into the stigma of being a woman). At this location, they finally gave me the detailed information that I was looking for, and performed the services even faster than they had told me. I am very pleased and will go back again
