Big O Tires

I didn't have an appointment and I needed a job that took a long time done the same day because my son was taking the car to college. I was worked in a busy schedule and got the job done and also reminded that my emissions was due next month. Thank you.

Did not overcharge me. Fixed exactly what needed to be fixed and at a reasonable price.

I was pleased with my service, the only negative thing was that it took about 25 minutes longer than they had originally told me.

Third time going there that I wasn't called when my car was done. After hours of waiting, I had to call to see if they were done.

Very impressive staff and leadership! I definitely feel like they weren't trying to sneak in hidden fees, but were being completely honest with me. I could tell they worked hard to get my car serviced as quickly as possible without jeopardizing the quality.

My visit was good, they quickly helped me with my problem of headlight replacement, and the price was fairly resonable, although I feel the salesman who helped me at first felt like I was a waste of time. Everybody else was great, it was just that first impression feel.

Had to wait a few minutes for someone to come in from the shop to help me... not a big deal. Salesman didn't take the time to explain the quality/rating of the tires... had to ask and ask again. Wish I had received more help, I Had to roll tire out to my car and lift it into the trunk with my bad back. Bought the same tire at a different Big O store later the same day for 8% less.

Had my front brakes replaced, however turning the rotors didn't leave enough metal for the brakes to function without a thumping noise. I returned and immediately Ryan had new rotors put on the car, however a different noise occurred. Returned and Ryan put another set of new brake pads on the front and finally the noise stopped. Somewhat frustrating that I had to return two times, however Ryan and crew worked quickly to resolve the brake noise issue. Everything is working great now.

I have been in a few times, and before this most recent visit I had my car aligned, even bought the multiple alignment package, loved the service. However they told me that the tie rod in my car needed replaced. I couldn't make that happen at the time but they even quoted the labor and parts for me. When I came in this last visit to enact on that, they got right on it. An hour later they informed me that the tie rod was fine, but the control arm was damaged and it would be about 100$ more for that. I had them fix it, but I don't understand how they inspected and felt the tie rod was bad, but when I am getting it fixed, they say it's fine but a more expensive part was broken. Not sure if it was a lack of knowledge, or just scheming money out of me, but it didn't leave me with a positive feeling

Routine oil change, alignment and tire rotation. Went well and corrected a bit of shimmying I was having.

I took my car in a while back in april and never received my lug nut key. I took it to my dealership for a oil change and tire rotation and they told me they couldn't find it. So they used they're master one. But that leaves me with no key. I took my car in the other day and they told me again they can't find it... I'm 99% sure it went missing with this location. The team member suggested i go get new lug nuts from my dealership... well that sucks! I have a 3 year plan for alignment and warranty on my tires i spent $2,500 on. I wish they could find it. Other than that i love this location and all of the staff!

I live coming here. All the technicians here at the American Fork Big O Tires are always so eager to help, and they are always polite and respectful. I never regret coming to them for service.

I recommended my daughter by her tires here and she did.

Ryan runs the American fork store with incredible costume service. He knows my name and takes time to ask how I'm doing.

Got 6 RV tires. Didn't like the idea that I had to pay for freight to get them to your store but was very happy that I got a lift back to my house while the tires were being installed.

The staff is very courteous and updated me when the service took longer than expected. They were also very patient and helpful when I was trying to decide which set of tires fit my budget and my needs. I plan to return for service checks.

I tried fixing this week on my own, failed miserably, oil was leaking all over my engine block! The studs down at the AF shop, namely Ryan got me quoted, and fixed up accordingly. Well done, very impressed.

Have been here twice and was treated well both times.
