Big O Tires

Purchased new truck tires, but wasn't offered or given a free alignment. Otherwise, always well satisfied.

Ryan has always treated me great at Big O. They work fast and always find the specific solution to the problem I'm facing and don't just tack on extra fixes that aren't necessary. I trust Ryan and Big-O AF every time.

Everything went well, but I need to bring the car back. It's never had steering wheel shake, and now at around 40-75 mph it has pretty bad steering wheel shake, I think a wheel wasn't balanced correctly

Good service

Found out I needed brake work while getting an oil change at a dealership. They gave me a quote. Received excellent service with my tires from Big O so decided to see the Big O price for the same service. It was significantly less. Had the brake service done. Left the vehicle and received a call when finished. Only bad thing is received a $50 off coupon in the mail the next day.

Was told the shipment would take 3-5 business days but it ended up taking 7. Tire change was quick.

Ryan so so sweet to me and my son. The other man who I working also offered my little guy candy and they were both very patient with me chasing my 2 year old around. Everything was done quickly and I was on my way

The guys at Big-O were very nice and helped me with my car.

Carlos took extra time to diagnose the problem with the oil leak. Ryan treated me fairly and promptly to make things right.

Big O did a good job with the new tires, had to replace lug nut stems/lug nuts and that took longer than it should have.

Ryan and his team always take care of me. I have been bringing all of my vehicles to Big O since 2014 and will continue to do so. They are always prompt, professional, and courteous. I have never had to come back for an issue with service they provided. You guys are awesome!

Service great, but making me pay before my tires are available makes me not want to return.

I usually like to go over what was done and any recommendations for my car. Other places go through any complimentary checks (brakes, filters, coolant) and fluids they topped off and what not. Here there was only a "we're done, buddy it's this much here are the keys..."

Excellent service

Came for a tire rotation and the wait was 2 hours, came back at opening the next day and the wait was 1 hour. Asked for a shuttle ride and was told the "curtisey" shuttle was only for engine service not tire rotation customers..... really? Disappointing.

Got lots of good info about our car and tires

Very professional staff and attentive. The work I asked to have done was completed timely and as agreed. Things go downhill from there. I received my paperwork and it showed about $80 for an oil & filter change, as well as an air filter change. This seemed high to me, especially when I had given them a $10 mailer coupon. I asked about it (the coupon) and it was apparent that the coupon was applied as a debit, not a credit to the invoice. I patiently waited while the clerk struggled to make the fix and the manager stepped in to help. He proceeded to credit the $10 overcharge but then failed to apply the coupon, so another series of entries to then apply the coupon. This really shouldn't be that difficult and either the training needs to improve or the software needs to be more user-friendly or both. Bottom line my bill should have been about $60. Yesterday I'm downloading transactions from my credit card and I can see the $80 charge, two credits for $10...and then another debit for $10! So my coupon ends up being worthless anyway. Now I am wondering if I should even go to Big O in the future and pay $50 for an oil change. The dealership charges less than this! I'm simply disappointed with the overall results. Like I mentioned, the actual work in the shop is fine, but I just don't feel the value is very good, particularly when a simple $10 coupon can't be applied properly.
