To whom it may concern, I am a little concerned about my experience. I came in the other day for a flat repair, which went great. As I was checking out Inwas informed that both my front shocks/struts we leaking quite bad and needed to be repaired at a cost of $500-$750. I informed the salesman that my Jeep was under warranty and I'd have the dealer repair. The next day I dropped it off at the dealership and took a shuttle to work. A couple hours later they called to let me know that they couldn't replace under warranty as they aren't leaking at all. Apparently one side is completely sealed and the other has a very slight ooze which is not a cause for concern at this point. I am concerned that I was possibly being sold an expensive repair that was not necessary. I am taking it to another shop today for another opinion. At this point I don't know if I have an issue with my shocks/struts or not. This is very concerning/frustrating. Thanks for listening,

I had a dealership tell me my tires were horrible. I took my car in here because I've had great experiences in the past. The employee talked me through our plan of action and helped me figure out when I truly need tires. I will be buying them from this store when it is time! Super honest.

$60 for tires. $40 for other stuff seems excessive.

The service was great, except that I chose the option of change of oil of $35 and they charged me the $60 one without telling me or anything. I didn't notice until I left and read the receipt. I couldn't do anything by that point.

I was bummed that I had to buy a new tire just 3 weeks after buying 4 brand new tires. Somehow got a puncture in the sidewall. But your employee Jared was cool and helped out quite a bit.

The service was good and helpful. The only problem was the store inventory was off. The one tire I needed wasn't there even though I called ahead to make sure. The one hour it would have taken to replace one tire, do a rotation, and check the alignment like they said it would ended up taking four hours. Which caused me to miss having lunch with my family in town. The job they did was amazing and I have no complaints. I just wish the inventory was correct. What can you do when you get a nail in your tire and need it replaced that day?

We were annoyed that you didn't mention anything about any possible warranty on our previous tires. We had purchased BIG O tires (at the Lehi location) that only went 25k or so. Upon getting them replaced, nobody mentioned any proration possibility. This was the expectation put forward by a rep at the Lehi store. Despite what the gentleman at the AF store told me, warranties can be handled by any store regardless of where they were purchased. However, I was told I would have to have that handled by the Lehi store. Meanwhile, the tires were disposed of so none of that was a possibility.

The tech helping me would not stop to listen to my original reason to bring the car in. Seemed to be preoccupied with just getting the keys and moving on to next client/care. When given the quote I asked about that and he said "oh I did not realize that needed to be done" . Just would appreciate more listening to what the client is saying about what is happening with the car. Time possibly could have been saved.

I've been there twice in the last week, once for front brakes, once for the rear. When my front brakes were done, I was told they appeared to have a few thousand miles left on them. The wear tab started running a few days later. On the first visit, I asked for an additional diagnosis to be performed on the ABS sensors at each wheel and was told that I'd need to return another time. When I returned for the second visit, I requested the same and was told that I'd need to return another time. The test I need will require that the brakes be removed in order to test the sensors with an Ohm meter, which surely would have been cheaper while everything was already pulled apart. I wasn't upset about it on the first visit, but am annoyed that it couldn't be done on either of the visits. Why could you do brakes each time, but not the other work I needed? I won't plan to return for the additional work at this point. If you wanted that business from me, I feel that you would have taken it the two times I offered it.

The store was well kept. I asked the team to tell me what I really needed without any fluff and they were honest with me, so that was nice. I would give a better rating, but I am unhappy with the way a promo wasn't honored.

Took my car in for an oil change because I needed one, and my car has an odor I thought was related to the air filters. When I got my car back, the check engine light is still on, and after almost a week, the odor is still strong, even though they assured me the filters were the issue and nothing else. Last time I took my car in, they didn't screw the oil cap back on, and that caused some issues.
