I felt mislead. I was quoted $150 per tire over the phone which should have been $600 + $80 + tax, $150 off with a buy three get one free coupon. But somehow ended up at $700 for the tires. TPMS was expensive compared to two I purchased earlier this year.

They were very helpful. I know enough about cars to be dangerous and little enough to also be dangerous. They didn't patronize me when I explained my problem or when explaining more about my problem to me. They were helpful and knowledgeable and took good care of me.

First of all, we did appreciate you taking a competitors coupon, it saved us money and I am grateful. Second, I admit that I don't know how long an alignment should take, and I understand that we came at a busy time. But I had an appointment and we waited at least an hour and a half. If I didn't have to have my kids with me it wouldn't have bothered me so much, but your store doesn't have anything for kids. This is pretty much the main reason we go to Discount Tire, or anywhere else really. Discount has an area for kids with trains and legos, enough to keep my kids occupied for as long as I need. The man who helped me, his suggestion was that we go walk around Big Lots to keep occupied. Gee, thanks. We did it because staying there would have been worse, but the irritated looks on their employee's faces makes me think it happens often. People coming to wait instead of buy, I'd be mad too. I really wish Discount offered alignments.

The American Fork staff did it again, they gave me great customer service on my alignment last Thursday. My car was ready by the afternoon and ran perfect on my Friday morning commute to work. Very pleased! I will continue to go to their store for tires and alignments.

I was told that Big-O did not service rotors, and that they would have to be changed with the break pads change. I have had the rotors serviced before, So I felt like I was given wrong information and had to pay more. I felt like I was just another number that needed to get out of the shop as quick as possible. I also had an oil change and usually get a sticker on the windshield as a reminder for my next appointment. That didn't happen this time.

I had a 9:00am appointment. When I arrived one of your team met me at my cars, called me by name and took the vehicle back for service. They told me it would take awhile, and they would call me. About 30 minutes later they called with the information on what needed to be done. They said the car would be done in about an hour. All of this was awesome! . 90 minutes later I stopped in to pick up the car. They said nothing had been done and I should wait for a phone call. An hour later they called telling me it was ready. I am not sure why they did nothing to get it done once they knew it Justus needed an AC recharge, or why that takes so long, other than they just ignored it until I came back in. Frustrating. It is not like I planned to leave the car all day for.a simple recharge. If they had done the work right a way like they said it would have been a great service. Waiting for me to come back before doing the work already agreed upon wa disappointing.

Great Service. While it can take some time to get a vehicle maintained, Big O does the best they can to work fast. This is not an easy job, but they always manage to do good work.

When I dropped my car off the service was great . Ryan was on top of everything . But when I picked it up the service was not very good to say the least. The two men working the counter were less than attentive To several customers. Not how big 0 typically treats there customers.

Very disappointed with the visit. Every time I go there I am informed that I need something different replaced or adjusted. This last visit I went in for a simple tire rotation and ended up with a $500 dollar bill for alignment, new tires, mounting, disposal etc. And the salesman was still trying to add other things that I refused! I'm convinced I could take a brand new car from the showroom floor into the store and they'd tell me I need new struts, tires etc. Next time I need tires I will definitely be going elsewhere.

I live up Midvale and I made the 35 minute drive down to get my oil changed and emissions done because it's the only location and owner that I trust to not screw me over or pull a fast one on me. :)

I used the fire an oil change and a flat repair and they said it would take 40 minutes but it took them an hour and a half. And when it was finished it took them another 15 minutes to actually tell me to come to register to pay. There service was not the best.

The team saved the day again! Because we trust Big O American Fork so much, we had a tow truck drop my daughters broken down vehicle there, even though we couldn't be there ourselves. The team diagnosed things at first opportunity, communicated with us throughout, and made the repair with reasonable time and cost. They''ve also updated the store and it's never been better. These guys receive my highest endorsement.
