Big O Tires

I just came in for a quote, but was surprised when I saw the estimate breakdown. They said they price match, but the difference was Big O added in so many extra fees. Tire disposal fee, balance fee, etc. I needed 4 tires on a small sedan. All the extra fees added up to be about $90 extra, which is a significant cost addition on a small job. So though the tire price was similar to other places I got a quote from, the other tire shops did not add on the extra frees, so I went with a competitor.

I usually prefer your store to anywhere else in Utah County. I have bought my tires and brakes from you guys and came in and needed 4 new tires so I bought them and was told I couldn't use the coupon I just got in the mail. For a returning customer I paid more then I should have and didn't get to use my coupon for buying all 4 new tires :( frustration my total was $657for just bigO tires on a small sedan... last set was $530... same car

I needed tires on my boat trailer replaced and they were able to get me in ten minutes after I called and I was on my way 1 hour later. Will be coming back in the future.

I spent $1200 On wheel bearing replacement and pitman bars. They gouge you in labor prices. They literally had my car for 3.5 hours and still charged me 4 hours of labor. Even though they had to wait for parts and probably only took and hour to put them on.

The work we had to get done was because of an error from a previous Big O employee, but the people at Big O tried to put the blame back on to us. We had to pay for a tow truck to get the car over there, and then we had to pay for a new tire. The workers were unwilling to help pay for some of our costs even though it was from their error.

I am a returned customer because my first experience was exceptional. What a dealership told me I needed, they said was not necessary at this time. I saved a lot of money and what was really needed did get done. This second visit was no different. They went the extra mile to ensure a good experience. They have our exclusive business in the future!

I called ahead for an oil change and wind shield wipers for my car (3- two for the front and one for the rear). When I was greeted by Ryan he said he couldn't help me until Monday. I told him that I had called ahead and he said it would take an hour and a half. Then he didn't order the rear windshield wiper with the other two. They were busy but if you call ahead and they tell you when to come in I don't think you should be treated like a pain in the butt.

Very much appreciated the discounted pricing. However, showing up 5 minutes to 8am on a Saturday didn't benefit my wait time. Waiting 2 hours to put on tires is a little excessive. No care was taken to put on the spare tire cover. Wrong wheel weight style was placed on wheels. I did the service on a Saturday and then I see Monday morning that there is a big sale with 12 months same as cash. I hope this feedback helps with future customer service.

I generally love big o, but I didn't feel like anyone there was very excited to be there. Or help me for that matter. I had made an appointment for ten am, and I ended up being there for 2 hours. The guy didn't even know what the special was that I talked about and I couldn't get my alignment check done because it was going to take ANOTHER 1-1.5 hours. If I made an appointment shouldn't I take priority? Left with a bad taste in my mouth.

My husband works out of state, we just purchased new tires less than two weeks ago and ram over a strip of nails from a nail gun! I was alone at night time with my son who has autism. I utilized the after hours service, they were there within the hour. We took the tire in to the store with 17 nails I'm it, they covered it under warranty and sent us on our way. We were so happy with the service we will have all of our services and maintenance done there as well. Thanks!

I had an alignment done and the jeep now pulls to the right which it didn't before the alignment so now I have to take it back in and have it fixed.. I don't think they even drove the jeep to see if it drove straight.

I needed to have my tire repaired. I always use Big O'tires because they repair their tires without charge. I was in and out in time to get to work on time.

I came in for an emissions test, $750 later and no test done. I knew there were some issues when I came in, the gentleman that helped me told me there was a diagnostic fee but if I had the repairs done there they would wave that fee. When checking out they tried to weasel out of that promise. He even said something about when you go to the doctor you have a co pay??? Also I was promised a free oil change which I didn't receive or get my coupon for. I assume the work they did was needed, I hope they did a good job, time will tell, and I still have to go in tomorrow for emissions, it sure better pass! Also, why am I told EVERY TIME I GO IN that I need a new radiator cap?

Even though Big O is a tire store, I'm always amazed at their ability to handle every service need of my vehicle. They've replaced brakes, belts, my water pump, and oxygen sensor. I've been completely happy with all of these repairs. Service is always done promptly.

I brought my vehicle in twice to find out why the air pressure was so low and why my sensors were showing itvas low. Each time I was told that the pressure was low because of the temperature drop due to the changing of the season. Then I took it to another Big O Tire in a city nearby and they told me the tire walls had worn down and were too thin. Then I brought it back to the Big O in American Fork and they concurred. Why didn't they see this the first time?

The men at the American Fork store were excellent to work with. I needed new tires for my car and they did a great job. Thanks!!
