Big O Tires

Like the people there, alignment team or whoever/whatever does that isn't too accurate. I have to align my car three times before it gets right.

These guys have always been kind, personable, efficient and great to work with! Keep up the great work.

I made an appointment for 4pm to have my oil changed and headlight fixed. The man I talked to said it would take an hour and ten minutes. I was then ignored for 30 minutes before someone asked for my keys. I waited another hour and a half before the service was completed, and I was almost charged twice as much as it should have cost. Thankfully, the man who rang me up caught the error and fixed it. I like Big O, but my visits to this American Fork location have been awful. Not to mention that my headlight doesn't shoot straight. It angles off to the left instead. I don't plan on going to this location in the future.

Every time I come in to your store the store manager is always really nice. He treats people or at least me and my family really good. I am usually in and out of there in no time.

I sometimes enjoy my experiences at this Big O Tires and sometimes I don't. Like the time that I had my four young kids with me and ask them how long it would take to fix a flat and they told me 20 minutes. An hour and a half later, I left grumpy. I later discovered that my leak wasn't fixed. I went in first thing in the morning a week later, it was great! I got done quickly and my tire got fixed. My husband recently went in to get his brakes fixed. We took two cars to the shop and dropped his off. We got a call a few hours later saying it was about done so he returned. Two hours later his car was actually done and he ended up paying 80 dollars more than he was quoted due to a miss quote. We are considering going to another location.

They replaced my tires with the wrong size and wanted to talk me out of changing them by modifying my truck. Said they did "1 year alignments " I came in several months back to repair a tire and ended up getting a replacement tire and an alinement. But it was a "1 time" so I had to do it again. Over all the service is fine. But your sales guys seem really only interested in the sale. Not sure I'll. Be back.

Big O is always great when I get a flat tire. They patch the tire for free and even rotated the patched tire this last time. I was in and out of there in a half hour.

I came in for tire rotation and alignment. The store was busy. I waited about 1.25 hours. The tires were rotated but I was told the alignment would be several more hours. I chose to reschedule. If the alignment machine was that backed up with work then why didn't they tell me that at the beginning? I would have preferred to not wait over an hour to get half of the job done. I purchased a multiple alignment package to save money when I bought the tires, but if this is going to be the norm then I got no bargain.

Ryan Eldridge as well as the other staff that have helped me really know their stuff. Everyone wants to help the best they can and were super accommodating. They've done an awesome job with all the car repairs and oil changes I've needed this past year. I would highly recommend this Big-O to anyone!

Why open at 8 if no one can help me replace a tire until 9

One of the best customer service experiences that I've had. Friendly, professional, and made sure I was 100% happy with the service they provided.

Took my truck to have tires rotated and alignment done. Was told I needed a new front wheel bearings/hub. Decided to do the work myself, went to dealership to buy hub. Service department put my truck on rack, and gave my truck a clean bill of health. They said there is absolutely nothing wrong with my hub.

I was very upset at the end of my visit when I was told that after purchasing a 3 year alignment package on a vehicle and only using it once that it could not be transferred to another vehicle or any refund. I will probably never take my busses here again for anything!

I was not very happy that I had to buy new tires, but the staff made the experience excellent. I want my family to be safe so it was an easy decision, and Big O Tire made the experience great!.

The tire rotation part of the service was fast and efficient. The customer service reps were not busy but they let me wait 40 minutes before checking to see if the car in from of me would be done in time to meet the time estimate I was given. I bought a lifetime alignment when I purchased the tires and now I have to go back another day and waste more of my time. It would have been easy to check the time needed by the technician on the alignment rack instead of making me wait and telling me to come back another day!!!!!!!!!

I don't want to go into any store and have a fellow human approach me like they've been trained by a far away faceless business suit to push me to buy their stuff. I want a real life human being. I want someone who is professional at doing their job, but not brainwashed robot going through the motions of what looks good on paper. People are at their best when our best is empowered and nurtured. When what we do comes from a place of self confidence and compassion based kindness. When we believe what we do matters. Good work, team Big O Tires.

Tires seem great, however two of the wheel nuts were missing on my front tire. One had been replaced with a mismatched, different size nut. So our tire wrench would not have removed it. The other was just missing. When I asked about it, Ryan said it was because the studs were too rusted and I should be grateful I didn't need to change the tire because I would not have been able to get them off. Of course I still wouldn't be able to get the tire off because the new nut was a different size. I went to the auto parts store and purchased two nuts (matching my tire wrench) and was able to tighten them to the wheel with my fingers. Big O in American Fork never finished the job for which I paid them. I have already posted a video to YouTube and Facebook. I will go to the Lehi one to rotate the tires because I have no confidence the job will be done properly the next time. I also don't want to have to purchase any additional wheel nuts.

They were honest in what my vehicle actually needed and did not do unnecessary work. A rare find in this industry, especially when dealing with females.
