I have been very disappointed with my experience at big o. Even though I had an appointment I still had to wait 2 hours to have my tires rotated. Then I found out that the service tech who checks the alignment would not be in for another hour. I had bought an alignment package and have never used it because I don't want to wait what could be another 2 hours in the late morning. The Michelin tires were bought at big o, but big o doesn't guarantee them! So, when I needed to replace the tires (even though they supposedly had tens of thousands of miles on them). I had o go to a different dealer. I haven't been back since.

Big O in AF rotated my truck tires by putting my truck on the main vehicle lift and then used a floor jack for the rear of the vehicle by placing it right on my rear differential then with both the main lift and the floor jack on my rear differential they lifted entire vehicle off the ground. I don't know why the main lift couldn't lift my truck its been there many times before and I never seen anyone do this before, I didn't like it. Why did they put a jack under my rear differential to lift the rear of vehicle and the main jack should of lifted my truck?

Was told the wait for a flat repair would be between 45 minutes to an hour. Wasn't out of the store for another two hours.

After sales service was terrible! Sorry for the confusion sir! Whatever they can tell you to make a sale. Make sure you check the warranty, probably doesn't work. They are happy to sell you another tire..nothing else. Ask for clear instructions also in regards to replacement warranty and tire alignment. I'll never be back!

The American Fork Big O is not the location I usually use but will be from now on. Ryan and his team had the exact tires I needed and had my vehicle inspected and back on the road in no time. You can't go wrong with Big O, and it's worth driving a few extra miles to use this branch.

Came in for a tire rotation and informed of a bad stud car was released after the rotation w/o fixing the stud and missing a lug would've been nice to know before leaving the shop

I bought my tires through Big O in American Fork a couple years ago. I recently went there for a free tire rotation and balance. That went fine, but, my previous visit, they suggested I get a transmission flush and new spark plugs, which would have cost me over $400 to have done. I got a second opinion from another place I know to be honest, and this second place showed me the color of the transmission fluid from my car as well as what it should look like. Both were the same light red color, so this second place confirmed I didn't need a transmission flush, and another place gave me the advice on how to tell if I'd need new spark plugs, and that didn't match any issues suggesting I'd need new spark plugs. Having gotten the second opinions saved me from having to spend hundreds of dollars on work and parts that were not needed. It only takes one dishonest mechanic to give me the kind of impression of Big O that makes me not want to have my car brought back for this kind of work.

I took a car I was considering buying to Big O. They ran a pre-trip check on it and were able to find some minor things like a brake light and wiper that needed to be repaired. I ultimately didn't buy the car, but appreciated the service and would visit again.

I had to wait awhile before sitting down to write this. I almost didn't because I didn't want to be complaining about the poor service. But after letting it sit for a few weeks I can say clearly that this was one of the worst experiences I have had at any shop. The sales guy got the wrong size in his head for my tires and wasted over an hour of my time waiting for his crew to find out they were the wrong tires. By the way the shop wasn't that busy. they had my car in right away but was very slow at getting around to working on it. Once they found out they were trying to put the wrong size tires on my rims I found out they didn't even have the correct size tires in stock. When I told them I wanted to get Michelin instead of Big O the sales guy kept trying to tell me I should get the ones he was pushing. I explained to him why then I told him just get those. I hated the contention that I felt I had to go through just to get the tires I wanted. They were the ones recommended for the car and they had a better tread design for highway driving. Considering this is my wife's car I thought it was important not to get big lug tires that would sing going down the highway.For all of the trouble I went through you would think that I was being unreasonable. Maybe I should just allow the sales guy to sell me whatever tire he thinks I need rather than the ones that are recommended for the vehicle. On top that the sales guy acted like he need to prove he knew more than I did about cars. I don't care if he did or not I just didn't want to argue about stupid stuff. It didn't matter what his opinion was.I would love to hear his advice when I needed it but he was just trying to prove a point or something. Coming back to have the alignment done was almost as unpleasant. Up selling me from a 1 year guarantee to a 3 year doesn't matter. The alignment isn't quite right the car tracks slightly off to one side now. You can't put a guarantee bad workmanship like that. I used to be a loyal patron using Big O as my go to store so I could send my wife and kids and they would get treated equally as good as if I had taken it in. Sorry, if I can't get good service then I can't feel good about sending anyone else there. I wish I could have something positive to say about my experience. I do like the tires, just not having had to go through this ordeal and I still have a questionable alignment.

Brought my own tires for mounting and balancing on a Buick Rainier, so I guess maybe that's why I didn't feel well served, or they didn't feel like giving good service?? Additionally, they quoted me 29.95 per axle, and ended up charging me $4.71 more for "Shop Supplies"? Really?? In my 40 years of buying tires, I've never seen that fee. They didn't even install new valve stems. Two tires were over inflated ( I have an accurate gauge at home) One was 40psi and the other at 38psi.

I have now gone to two different BigO locations with tires that were low or going flat. They have been absolutely great to work with and got me on my way and out the door very quickly. The guys were so nice in both cases and opened doors for me when they saw me coming. One of them even greeted me at my car when I pulled up. I am SUPER impressed and will be back if needed.

How dare you guys try to screw me over. I will never come back. A simple oil change turned into $70 after all the hidden fees. I have half a mind to think it's because I'm a woman. $15 to check my engine light when people do it for free next door? With no warning it would be charged?You didn't even top the rest of my fluids off like the product description said. That being said I wish you all the best but I'll never be stopping back. No matter how convienetly close my gym is, because it takes well over an hour to do anything at this location.

Wow! We went in for an emission and safety inspection. Your emission guy Had a day off but it didn't matter. Rather than turn us away, they took the car to a competitor and had it tested and promptly returned it to me. Thanks guys!!
