If I could put zero stars I would. Came in and got an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. Got in the car to drive away and my steering wheel wasn't straight. Took it back in and they got my car back on the lift. Got in the car again and while pulling out of their shop for the second time that day, noticed my car sounded different. Turned around, took it back in and asked why my car sounded terrible. They informed me that some of my exhaust had been damaged when they put it on the lift the second time. They did not bother to tell me that before I left, and told me I could pay them to weld the exhaust that they damaged. Welding was not a full fix, but a temporary solution. Went and got a second, third, and fourth opinion on the damage. The damage they caused will cost me 1k. Extremely disappointing as I've had multiple problems with this location. Wouldn't be as bothered if they had been upfront with me, or offered to fix the damages. Would not recommend.

I was happy that my car that I bought with almost new big o tires was still under warranty. That is great. they balanced and rotated my tires in a pretty good amount of time.

I spent $800 on new tires. They told us that it would be done by 5:30. It wasn't. When we stopped at 5:30, the guy just said, you can hang out for another 45 minutes or so. Finally we went back at 7 pm and the car was in the back parking lot next to the road. The glove box was left open and the rim key was missing. They lost my rim key. I went in the next day to tell the manager and for them to look for it. The manager just sat there, looked up once from his computer, didn't say a word, just didn't care at all. They weren't busy at all. His employee said, sorry! I said, well maybe you could go look for it in your shop?! He said, we don't have it. Finally, another employee walked out of the shop, so just because I was standing there looking mad at this point, the employee asked the other employee who walked through the door if he had seen it, he said no. The employee said, sorry, we don't have it. He kept questioning me, as if we had lost the key. Pretty sure we weren't the ones changing the tires!! The manager still just sat there, didn't care to help or comment at all. Neither would even go as far as to find out who had worked on my car the night before. I asked, is Josh here? He helped me yesterday. No, was the reply, he is out for two weeks. Still no offer to help or effort to get off their butts to look for it or ask someone who was working on my car if they accidently took it home the night before, etc. With no response, I told them both that I was not coming back ever to Big O Tires again, the manager didn't even care or look up from his computer, so I walked out of the store. The employee who was helping me, finally realized that I was serious and he may need to save face a bit, so he came out to my car and said, well if you will just bring it back so we can look at it, we will order a new key. What kind of car was it? I told him that it was my son's car and that he works in SLC and its nearly impossible to try and schedule a time to bring the car in so you can look at it. Never going back, I knew I should have gone to Les Schwab in the first place. I will never recommend Big O to anyone. Terrible experience. I just hope we can find a key somewhere before my son has a flat tire on the freeway with the Big O product!

Store manager was super rude the first time we brought the car in. Asked us to come back another day because they were too busy. This all happening after his staff gave us a quote and wanted to fix the issue. We come back a different day and the prices have changed from $180 to $468 because his workers couldn't get the job done without breaking a different part of the car. He had the odasity to tell me I had to pay for that broken part. Over all that store manager Dustin was not a good reputation for Big O. We will be going to Provo for now on and I will never recommend AF Big O to anyone from hear on out.

Really nice people and generally very easy to deal with. However, I've had 2 experiences that really bother me.1st of all, last year I needed new tires and a state inspection (I always go to Big-O).During the inspection, they told me I needed new rear brakes (drum style on a 4WD pickup), so I had them do the work. After several days, I could tell there was something wrong with the brakes, so I took it back. They told me I needed new front brakes now.So I got them.Something was still wrong so I took it back. They told me I needed a new left front caliper. So I got it .Still something wrong. So they told me they give up--take it to the dealer and they'll pay the bill.Turns out they installed something backwards that was causing the problem with the rear brakes. So, on when j really only needed read brakes, I spent a good $700 getting read, front brakes and a caliper plus 4 trips to the store. The latest incident:needed state inspection this year and oil change and tire rotation.Sent my wife and the did the inspection and oil change but didn't get the rotation for some reason. Now I get to go in again and get that done--another nusaince. I'll probably go to another branch from now on.Never there for mechanical work. They've lost my trust.

Recently I needed new tires and an alignment. They didn't have the tires in stock (weird size, thanks Mazda), and they couldn't get them from the warehouse on a Saturday without a delivery fee. Rather than asking me to come back, they said they'd pay the fee and have the tires delivered so the work could be done that day. When they got the car up on the rack they discovered a damaged tie rod that made the alignment impossible without replacement. Again they had to have the part delivered (no charge to me). They normally close at 5pm on Saturday, but they stayed until about 6pm to finish the work on my car and allow me to pick it up the same day. Excellent customer service - I clearly felt that my needs trumped theirs - they put me first. Well Don!

I am loyal customer for Big O in Am.Fork UT. I bought all my new tires there. I went there last week to fix a flat repair and the charged me for it. Usually, when l go there for flat repair in the past, they never charged me but this time they did even though l am a loyal customer. My records indicate that on the computer. If the policy has changed, and charged loyal customers for flat repairs, l will accept that. But if charged me knowingly but they want extra cash, then l will Never go back again. It is done for me.l will go somewhere else! Fatu Stevenson

You guys have been really good to work with. Ryan and Josh, especially, as these are the two I've worked with the most.

Problems were fixed but that was the only good part... Took them 5 1/2 hours longer to have it finished than what I was told, and I had to re-schedule something in the morning because of it! I wasn't informed of anything, all day, really... Later........ I found out They were short 2 guys ANd had to wait for a new part as part of the work- neither of which I knew while I waited all day (til 4pm, instead of 10:30am). Not courteous of my day or other plans at all and acted like they didn't care and responded- oh, well, y'know.... Sometines we misjudge timing... Uhh, not when it's 5+ hours. That's rediculous. Aweful service! They cashier guy didn't give me a small discount when I paid either. Just told me to fill out a form for a $50 rebate- really weak and not customer oriented. How bout shaving some $ off the total on the spot. Never going there again..

I went in to buy 4 BF Goodrich tires & the salesman told me the Big O Brand tires were on sale and had warranties. After reluctantly agreeing to buy the Big O Brand instead, my understanding was they were buy 3 get 1 free. The salesman repeatedly mentioned that to me, so that is what I thought I was buying. After getting the tires installed, the bill was over $1300.00, a lot more than I had anticipated spending. Also, I could have gotten the BF Goodrich tires for a lesser price, with the price match I had from Discount Tires. After looking at my receipt, it showed all 4 tires at the regular price, & when I asked the salesman why, he said because they weren't the tires that were on sale. I believe the salesman lead me to believe the tires were on sale, therefore the cost being more. I feel I was taken advantage of and I will NEVER go to that Big O tire again or refer anyone there either!!!

Took my Toyota pickup to Big O yesterday (Saturday) due to a flat tire on the drivers side rear. After getting my truck back, I drove a few miles to CAL Ranch and noticed the center hub cap to the repaired tire was missing. I returned and spoke to the guy that repaired my tire about the missing cap. He located the cap and installed. I told him the truck was driving a little different after the repair. He said he had difficulty in balancing the tire and I may have a problem with the rim. I bought this truck new in 1997 and have never had a problem with the rim. Why didn't say this before I left the first time???? I then asked if he checked the tire pressure on the other three tires, he said he forgot and would do it now. I was running late and said I would return Monday to have the rear tire balanced properly. I notice the weights were missing on the repaired tire. I believe he did not balance it after repairing the flat. Therefore, what do you think about my experience????

I have purchased many new tires from Big O over the years for my three cars. My wife recently had a flat tire from a cut on the sidewall. Big O replaced the tire free of charge and my wife was thrilled. Thank you!
