Big O Tires

I ordered tires for my Ford Transit Wagon. The tires had to be special ordered. I was told that since it was a special order, I would have to pay in advance, which I did. The tires came in and were installed. Before the day was out, I got a low pressure sensor light come on. I checked the tires and discovered that the max pressure in the tires (68 psi) was less than the recommend pressure for the rear tires (74 psi). When I brought this to the attention of the store manage, I was told "6 pounds of pressure really doesn't make that much difference". When I responded that id did make a difference to me, he offered to sell me other tires for another $225.00. I ended up finding the right tires at a better price at another tire shop. I returned the tires that I bought from Big O (the wrong tires) and was charged a 20% restocking fee. I will not use Big O again.

I had such an amazing experience yesterday!! I woke up with a flat was already running late so I called Dustin at this store he assured me since my tire still had some air it would be safe to drive the 7-8 blocks to the store where he quickly fixed my tire "for free" and I still made it to work on time Dustin Danner you are my hero!! CUSTOMER FOR LIFE

Poster said $90 for alignment, they charged me $150!

I waited over a hour for just a balance on my tires just for them to tell me that my tires aren't good enough to balance. I'm a previous employee with a big o at a different location and i know that they can be balanced. I asked for a allemient check and didn't receive that as well. Not happy at all

I went to go in to get some brake shoes changed. they pulled my car right in and got to work. 1.5 hours later I asked how much longer. I was told 20 minutes. An hour later I was finally pulling out of the parking lot. During my waiting period of 2.5 hours I was told I needed new drums. I got a quote for $100 dollars for both. I declined about three times because I know that I could go to Autozone and buy some for $60 bucks each and put them on myself. Which I did. When I jacked up my truck I noticed the drums and gotten pretty beat up from the worker who got it off. After I got them off my drums were completely fine. The guys at Big O lied to me. Seriously all the Big O advertisements are about how much they take care of customers. Is ripping off customers taking care of them? I think not. I will never go to Big O again. Stop trying to swindle people and just do some honest work. Now if my drums had actually been bad I would not feel this way.

Big O AF is the best shop

Big o in American Fork has no customer service at all! I use them for oil changes and they act mad at me for having a coupon. They over charge for everything and act like they don't really want your business. I called the other day and asked if they could do my emissions. They were rude and said the wait time was 1 hour and would cost almost $60! I hung up and called carters down the street. Amazing! The guy said it would take 7 minutes and would cost $37. They let me sit in the car with all my kids the whole time! It was fast and easy and the guy was nice! I will no longer ever use big o! Don't go to big o people!! Spanish fork big o is better. But carters really amazed me.

Worse customer service EVER. Recently I had work done on my car. Over 4000$ worth. Big O subbed the work out to another company. A week had gone by and I finally received my car back. It had more damage done to it then when it left Big O. My car was sent back to have the damage repaired on top of the poor quality of work that was done. Half a week goes by get my car back still not everything was up to my satisfaction, but I was done dealing with the poor service that I got for the amount of money I paid. 21 days go by and now the new weather stripping that I also got repaired, flew off. So I return to Big O now for the third time to get things settled. At this point I was fed up and super upset, especially being a loyal customer of there and all Ryan was able to tell me, was you can call the place that did the work if I have any questions. I paid Big O. It was Big O's decisions to pick who they subbed out the work to Therefore Big O is responsible. On top of it they thought giving my father a free oil change would lighten things up. Still to this day Big O has done nothing. WORSE service I have received in my life. They Can't be trusted.

Theses guys are great, trustworthy and they always take care of my cars.

Two of the most horrible experiences from a tire shop. Will not use American Fork Big O again! Refused to fix a tire under warranty.

Came here to purchase new tires for my car. It's an old 2003 Alero, so they had to 'special order' in the tires. This was around $600 bucks. Sadly, my mother had already whipped out her card to pay for said tires before we could shop around. I'm glad we did for we found the same tires on location at a different dealer for half the price. Upon trying to return them we ran into a very rude sales man who insisted upon return that we needed to pay a surprise restocking fee of $70 because "if this was a restaurant, you wouldn't expect them to just return the food!" But here's the thing. This isn't a restaurant, this is a tire shop that over charged us for tires that took a day to 'special order' from another location. These tires will sell and even if they still had to insist upon the fee, they should have told us upfront or had not been so disrespectful upon its discussion. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with how this establishment treated my mother and our business. I do not recommend this location or business to anyone who is looking for tires.

They were super helpful and friendly! When I asked questions they took time to look up information or explain things to me. I was very pleased with their service!

Went in to have two tires fixed and rotated the next day I woke up with a flat don't think they did anything but rotate them even though they had the truck for over an hr and a half

A truck lost an extension ladder on the freeway. I could not avoid hitting it. Concerned about tires, alignment, etc, I stopped back by the American Fork, Utah store. The staff got me right in, not only checking the alignment and tires, but also the under carriage. They made sure that our car was not only safe to drive, but also, made sure it was mechanically sound. When finished they didn't charge for this safety check. We will be coming back to purchase tires here for my 3/4 truck.

I will not be coming back.....
