Big O Tires

Every time I take my vehicle in, I always get a call a couple hours later about something else they "notice" is wrong with my vehicle, and try to up-sell me on something that I don't need. This time I went in for a flat fix, tire rotation, and oil change. When they called and told me it was all done, and explained I needed new shocks for around $450. When I asked them if they fixed the flat (the whole reason I brought it in the first place), they hadn't even done that. They were too eager on trying to get me to buy new shocks. Last time I went in, they told me my alternator was going bad and needed replacement. So I had my regular mechanic check it out and it's just fine. He's heard stories similar to mine about this place. This has happens every time I've been in the past several months. I'm tired of these games. I will be buying my tires and service from a different shop going forward.

We just moved here from Ohio & did not know anything about tire sales in Utah. We were quoted a price for the tires & when I asked about an alignment, I was told they would let me know if we needed one & it would be $80. We were never told about all the other extra costs! We were expecting to pay around $500 & the final price was $660! Back in Ohio, the price of the tires included everything but the alignment. We were sorely disappointed :(

Took my truck in on a Monday morning at 8:00 with a nail in the tire. I was finished within a half hour, and they didn't even charge me for the repair. I'm very impressed with their customer service and efficiency!!

2 hours to have 2 tires and an alignment done on my van. I watched the service workers stand around. Had manager talk(bad) to another employee about my complaints!

I was greeted quickly upon entering. Employee wanted to help me out in the best way. Took care of the problem quickly and had great customer service.

I have purchased many tires over the years from this store. They have changed ownership and the new guys are not good. I dealt with the new team today for the first time in months and I was not impressed. I will never go back. They are rude people with bad attitudes . They have no clue on how to talk, or work, with customers. The store looks dead and now I know why. You have lost my business forever. I will go back to Costco.

I've been here three times for and alimement and everytime they say i need to fix something eles . they should of checked everything the first time so i could fix everything at once! And all three times ive been in there other customers have complained about them not checking stuff on there cars! Ill never use this big o agian

I had a tire blow on my way to the airport. Big O told me that they would fix me up with 4 new tires, throw my spare back on the back of the car and get me on the road and to the airport in 20 minutes. I didn't believe them so I started my timer. They had me back on the road in 17 minutes!! Amazingly friendly service!
