Big O Tires

This is my 2nd time to this store and I have been very impressed both times. Two different gentlemen helped me each time. Each one was very professional and pleasant. They each seemed to enjoy their job and the people they work with. That makes me think the store is well managed and appreciates its employees. I don't like supporting any business that doesn't value and appreciate its employees.

I have come into this location multiple times and I am beyond impressed with the customer service. I always ask for Slaytor, he is so helpful, very professional and knows what he is doing. I will forever be a customer at this location.

I got in my car Tuesday morning and saw that I had a flat tire! I drove very slowly to Big O and they got me right in. Fixed it and showed me the huge screw that had caused the flat. I wasn't charged to fix it! Awesome!

Ryan has been awesome! He has been helping me figure out the perfect tire that I needed. Even sent out texts to update me on when they arrived and I could come in for install. 10/10 would recommend.

Big O in AF has always been very helpful. They always answer my phone calls and texts and are very responsive. For the most part our services received have been great.

Needed a nail in the tire fixed. came in and job was performed quickly and was told that there would be no charge. Very satisfied with the customer service.

The gentleman that helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated his advice and expertise. I love that he explained things so I knew what all my options were.

I had a dealership tell me my tires were horrible. I took my car in here because I've had great experiences in the past. The employee talked me through our plan of action and helped me figure out when I truly need tires. I will be buying them from this store when it is time! Super honest.

I told Ryan, the owner, how nice it is that my husband and I can come to a place that we trust, and that we will be well taken care of. We always are!
