Big O Tires

Routine oil change, alignment and tire rotation. Went well and corrected a bit of shimmying I was having.

Hayden in AF did a great job. The problem was with the mechanic leaving and not completing promised work.

I live coming here. All the technicians here at the American Fork Big O Tires are always so eager to help, and they are always polite and respectful. I never regret coming to them for service.

You folks are always helpful, friendly and I was even offered something to eat!

Ryan runs the American fork store with incredible costume service. He knows my name and takes time to ask how I'm doing.

Ryan is a wonderful team leader, he is quick and effective with service. Rory is always very kind and happy to help and is really good going in depth with explanations. Hayden is always effective in arranging transportation if needed and has a welcoming customer service can do attitude.

The staff is very courteous and updated me when the service took longer than expected. They were also very patient and helpful when I was trying to decide which set of tires fit my budget and my needs. I plan to return for service checks.

I can't express how happy I am with the service I receive at the American Fork Big O. I have been there many times over the years and they always care for my cars as if they were their own. They explain what needs to be done and help me understand what is going on with my car. I have never felt like they have tried to sell me parts or services that are unwarranted. I have referred a number of people to this location and they have always been satisfied as well.

Ryan has always treated me great at Big O. They work fast and always find the specific solution to the problem I'm facing and don't just tack on extra fixes that aren't necessary. I trust Ryan and Big-O AF every time.

The boys at counter; Ryan, Rory, Hayden, always provide exceptional service I work with many vendors as an owner of a fleet and they by far are the most efficient and kindest to work with as well as knowledgeable. The most down to earth respectable folks! Love you guys!

Management and waiting room staff are terrific. Always checking up on those waiting and giving updates. Very professional.

Found out I needed brake work while getting an oil change at a dealership. They gave me a quote. Received excellent service with my tires from Big O so decided to see the Big O price for the same service. It was significantly less. Had the brake service done. Left the vehicle and received a call when finished. Only bad thing is received a $50 off coupon in the mail the next day.

Ryan so so sweet to me and my son. The other man who I working also offered my little guy candy and they were both very patient with me chasing my 2 year old around. Everything was done quickly and I was on my way
