Jordan man he make all the difference!! He makes you want to come back over and over again he is so honest and just wants the best for the customer you are way lucky to have him!

I was not very happy that I had to buy new tires, but the staff made the experience excellent. I want my family to be safe so it was an easy decision, and Big O Tire made the experience great!.

I've been to a few Big O Tires before and this location has the best team!! They always tell me if there are rebates, give me calls to update on my car repairs or tires, and are just generally friendly.

I don't want to go into any store and have a fellow human approach me like they've been trained by a far away faceless business suit to push me to buy their stuff. I want a real life human being. I want someone who is professional at doing their job, but not brainwashed robot going through the motions of what looks good on paper. People are at their best when our best is empowered and nurtured. When what we do comes from a place of self confidence and compassion based kindness. When we believe what we do matters. Needed two new front tires to be prepared for the winter storm the following day. Tried a few others places at five pm but nobody would help me then I called big o spoke with Dylan and I'm super happy that I was able to purchase tires so close to closing time. The entire staff went above and beyond and I will remember the kindness the particular store showed me on this visit. I will be a forever customer after this experience. Thank you Big O tires for ensuring I was ready for a snow day on the freeway. And thank you Dylan you knew your stuff and his expertise was appreciated to get me in and out ASAP 😉 I clocked my entire visit start 5:03 pm - 5:41 pm fast and through service with pleasant happy people. They were honest in what my vehicle actually needed and did not do unnecessary work. A rare find in this industry, especially when dealing with females.

American Fork Big O Tires is the only place I go to order tires, rims, suspension, etc. and have the work done because the team is excellent. They are professional, courteous, and friendly. He truly understands the "look" of what customers want at the end and spends the right amount of time presenting options and guidance to ensure it aligns with expectations. I took a car I was considering buying to Big O. They ran a pre-trip check on it and were able to find some minor things like a brake light and wiper that needed to be repaired. I ultimately didn't buy the car, but appreciated the service and would visit again.
