Was easy to get in and the location is close to my house.

Anthony was super helpful. He offered us free alignment check-ups, and kept us informed along the way. Anthony was friendly, and he seemed genuinely concerned about us and the car's condition. We were well taken care of, and will recommend Big O to friends. Great customer service!

Great costumer service and very happy people

I just got home from getting 3 tire studs replaced on a 2016 Subaru cross trek. I took the car to burt brothers first as this is where i have gone in the past. We called yesterday and were quoted 150 dollars. My 19 year old daughter took it in today and they told her 250 would be the new price, and it would take 2-3 hours. She told me this on the way home and i said that is unacceptable and we would discuss that with them. When we got home they called her and told her it would be more money so she put me on the phone and they proceeded to tell me it would be $520 i explained the situation of the previous quotes and he told me sorry but that's the price! I then told him i will come get the car and take it somewhere else. I called big o in Riverton and got a quote of $80. I asked if they had any openings and he said bring it right over and we will get it in. We went and picked it up and took it over to BigO and they had us in the bay within 5 minutes, took the time to check tire pressures, repair a screw in the tire i didn't know i had and had us out in 30 minutes! They stuck by their quote and gained a new customer in the process! Bravo BigO! I will be back and will tell others about your customer service and fair treatment of my daughter!

I stopped at the Riverton store to replace a tire on my utility trailer. The tire I needed was in stock. The shop mounted and balanced the tire just as quick as the paper work was completed. I appreciate the fast service. Thank you!

I already had purchased the 5 year alignment. I went in for an alignment and tire balance/rotation. They refused to charge me for the tire balance and rotation. I did not have to pay anything. Thank you.
