Quoted me a good time for what my wait would be for my rotation. And pleased that they were willing to tack on changing my headlights for me.

Great service, got me in on a busy Saturday for a flat tire emergency.

Fast friendly service. I marked neutral on cleanliness only because I don’t remember how it was, which likely means it was just fine.

You have always taken care of me even when I did not purchase tires from you. But that is why I came in to buy tires for two cars of mine from you, because you took great care of my tires even when I hadn't purchased any from you. My only "beef" if I could have one is that I think I could've saved at least $50 if I had applied for a credit card or something or put them on the Big O' Credit Card. Not that I want another credit card, but that offer wasn't even offered to me or said to me and I found out about it after looking on the Internet. I guess what I am saying is that since I spent over $1500 dollars on tires for two vehicles, any and all savings or discounts I wish would have been discussed with so I could either say yea or nay to them. But again...you guys are a quality business over there in Riverton and have taken care of me for free multiple times so I guess it balances out but some savings on $1500 dollars would have been nice.

When I called the previous week the sales person that I talked to was very knowledgeable and helpful. The tires were not in stock, but they were able to get them in stock the next day. We dropped of our vehicle and in less than two hours had completed the work.

I walked into the business, I was attended to just about immediately, the SALES associate said the center was busy but he would fit my tire PERSONALLY and that it would take about 15 minutes. He was back in less than 10 minutes with dirty hands and a big smile on his face. I paid the bill and my car was waiting for me outside the front door. Now that's WORLD CLASS SERVICE RIGHT THERE!!!

I came in a while ago and received extraordinary service regarding a simple handcart tire. That made me buy a set of tires for my daughter’s car. I’m so glad there was a road hazard warranty as one of the tires got damaged beyond repair and Big O promptly replaced it. The personnel are awesome and made me feel like a valued customer even though the tire replacement was no charge. I’m impressed that I have had 3 out of 3 positive visits to this location and will return and refer my friends.

This Big o tires is fantastic! They took my truck right into the bay and got the work done very fast and they were very friendly! I am always coming back to this big o!

Anthony was super helpful. He offered us free alignment check-ups, and kept us informed along the way. Anthony was friendly, and he seemed genuinely concerned about us and the car's condition. We were well taken care of, and will recommend Big O to friends. Great customer service!
