I required a car repair and checked 2 other places both required me to leave my car for several days. I went to BIg O in the afternoon and they said i might have to leave it overnight but they would look at it and let me know. To my greatest surprise they called back 1 hr later and had finished everything needed. I was soooo delighted. And the price for the repair was more than reasonable. They were awesome to work with!!!! I am so happy I chise to go there

The gentleman at the front desk was kind and thoughtful to an older lady who had trouble walking. He brought the car to the entrance for me. Also, I waited only 20 minutes (less than what my friends told me to expect)

I love the staff at the 3300 S 2000 E location in Salt Lake City. They are consistently friendly, helpful, informative, and kind. They got me in promptly for an impromptu tire rotation. And when I heard a really loud sound the next day and called them, they handled answered my questions, allayed my fears, and had me come back and fixed my problem (a rubbing backing plate) swiftly.
