Big O Tires

I have had my cars serviced here for years. Always satisfied.

They looked at my tire to see why it had gone flat and if it could be fixed. It could not and they advised against driving on it temporarily until the tire I ordered arrived. They put my donut on for me and took good care of things for me. I trust tje employees at this store.

I just needed a tire rotation. It's a super busy time of year for snow tires. They were friendly and willing to squeeze in my rotation.

I've gone to other Big O Tires before and asked them to check my alignment and other things. They never said anything so I assumed it was fine. When I took my car into this location the staff updated me on everything that needed to be taken care of. The explained all of my options to me so I didn't feel like I was getting swindled. The store itself was clean and the staff was friendly and worked on my car so quickly. I will definitely be returning to this location for all of my car needs.

This is the third or fourth time I have been into Big O for emergency help. Last time I ripped off the left side mirror. It was replaced with moderate cost that day. I go in for maintainence also.....

I came in with no appointment and was greeted by a BO employee by Amy first name. I explained y need to have a tire checked for a leak. I waited 10 minutes, they took my car in the garage and fixed the flat in 15 minutes. They returned to me the nail found in the tire and would not let me pay them for the service because the tres were purchased at their BO. Very friendly and professional staff. The facility is almost finished with a wall to wall remodel and it looks great.
