My first visit to Big O Tires left me stunned with amazement at their service. I arrived without an appointment, asked if they could work me into their schedule to repair a slow leak in one tire. He said "Absolutely, we'll get it done right away." In 20 minutes he called me to the front desk and told me the job was done. I took my credit card out and slid it across the counter telling him I was impressed with how quickly they got the job done. He looked at me and looked at my credit card and said "There's no charge for that service." I just about fell over. That kind of service is unheard of anymore. I can't recommend these folks high enough. They deserve 6 stars. If you have a tire problem, do not even look anywhere else. Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!

I was greeted right away, and was treated with at most respect in very friendly manner. Manager(?) answered all my silly questions, and offered couple options.

New Manager has been awesome! He's been very professional and always making sure to take care of. We have them take care of our Comcast Fleet and always making sure service is done and will communicated w/ me or the supervisor if other works needs to get done. Happy!

The new management is awesome. They are genuine and want to help. They know what they are talking about and give you mutiple options on parts so you can make an informed decision.
