Every time I go in for my tire rotation the service is excellent and completed really quickly. The staff is always friendly.

I needed my brakes replaced, but I had to leave my car to go to school, they were very nice about that and let me pay beforehand and then left the key in the car for me, along with all my paperwork. My car is working great now! The brakes are awesome!

There are no words to describe how absolutely extraordinary BIG O TIRES on Highland Drive is!!! After being given a run around and incorrect information from another tire store, my son and I arrived at this Big O Tires on a Friday afternoon about noon. We were trying to get him a lift kit, tires and wheels before he was driving and moving out of state on Sunday. Even though we were in a horrible predicament and running short on time, RUSS (the manager) and AARON (the mechanic) aligned the sun, stars and the moon and miraculously made it happen!!! RUSS got the parts picked up immediately and Aaron stayed late on a Friday night, even working with a broken hand to ensure that my son had his "dream Jeep" to drive to California. ALICIA and everyone else at the store pitched in to make it happen! BIG O even helped with great financing! The Highland Drive BIG O TIRE store has the most kind, amazing and knowledgeable employees! They truly show awesome SERVICE FROM THE HEART!!! Thank You RUSS and AARON for making my son's dreams come true. We shall cherish your kindness and thoughtfulness forever!!! p.s. RUSS even called my son on Monday to make sure he arrived safely in California!!! Who does that? BIG O TIRES on Highland Drive!!!

Elise did a great job quoting me on some tires back in June and provided me a 30 day quote for the Buy 3 get 1 free promotion.I was unable to make it back there in time to take advantage of the deal, and needed to shop it around.My search resulted coming back to your store where I ended up buying the same tires for $126 more than I would have paid a month previously?Why would I do such a thing?Because the tires were still a good deal comparedto some of your local competitors at $200-$300 more, and I knew that your crew would do a good job turning me around and getting me back on the road within a couple of hours.Thanks for your help!
