Big O Tires

I was greeted at the desk and they got me in and out in less than a hour. I am very pleased with the service and plan to come back.

I got a leak repaired in my tire and decided to go for the oil change as well; it came with a free alignment! The women at the front was super friendly and knowlegable. I waited a bit over a hour for the service but I just popped in without any appointment. Not bad of a wait for the service performed!

The people I worked with were wonderful! Russ (I think was his name) was very clear and easy to understand when he was explaining things to me, which is a huge plus because I know very little about cars. And I felt comfortable talking with him and the others about what's I needed done with my car. Will definitely come back from now on.

It was nice to feel like I wasn't being taken advantage of at a car place. The people who helped me were very friendly, and were setting out with helping me in mind, not trying to make me buy more than I need. Would definitely recommend this location to everyone.

This is a great crew of people at this location. It is next door to our business and we utilize them to support the local businesses. They treat all our associates with respect and take good care of us all.

Every team member I had an interaction with was very friendly and professional. So friendly in fact that my friend giving me a ride home decided to drop his Ford Raptor off later that day for some work. I will be back for sure!

Greetings, I have been using this Big O Tire shop for the last few years and purchased my current set of light truck tires there. The staff has always been polite and helpful and made and effort to answer any and all questions I may have had regarding my service. Great Service: Great Customer Service I was told car would be an hr and a half and it it took maybe 45 minutes at the most...

I would like to be offered more preventative service - When I have a minor repair, I like to be up sold, I do not want to come back for what is obviously coming up soon. Please give me the information to take care of things before they break. Thank You
