Great and friendly service!

My car broke down very close to this shop's location. It was snowing and I was in desperate need of help. I went inside and, although they were busy, a gentleman named Russ took time right away to help me, to fit me in and promise he would get me taken care of. It was such a relief! I left my van there and I didn't have to wait long for a call from Russia to explain the details of my issue. I appreciate when language is used that I can understand, and he helped me figure out my next steps. The van was ready and waiting for me out front by the time I got off work. I really really appreciate the way they do business. Russell even mentioned a shuttle they offer that would take me to work and back if there ever is a "next time". And, when next time comes, I will be sure to call Russ!

I came in mid-day on Saturday and the team got me in for a oil change and tire rotation. They even brought it to my attention that I wasn't quite ready for an oil change (less than 5K miles) but I wanted to do it anyway. They were fast and prompt and got me on my way. Par for the course with these guys.

Not sure about the "shop supplies" charge on my bill. I feel like this is an unnecessary charge simply for profit.
