Very good big o on highland dr. Not happy with the west valley big o since they were trying pressure me to go to their store when I moved across town. I had a warranty and they didnt want to share the invoice with this location and told me I should come to their location for the service after I explained I moved across town.

I love Big-O. They have saved me more than once. I ran over a nail on my way home and they got me right in to fix the tire. I'm a fan for life.

I had to have a handful of repairs for my car to pass safety & emmisions. One of the issues was one of my back doors was unable to open from the outside. I thought that would be the least of my worries, but it turned into a major headache. The needed part was difficult to find but they found it and repaired my car. They were completely honest about everything and I think I have finally found a shop that I can trust. Thank you!

This is the third or fourth time I have been into Big O for emergency help. Last time I ripped off the left side mirror. It was replaced with moderate cost that day. I go in for maintainence also.....
