Big O Tires

I appreciate their honesty.

My car had a flat tire and this was the closest Big O to where I was at. They were so nice and got my car all fixed. The service tech that helped me was so nice and even called the other location to get my warranty info.

Great service but $98 for a change of tires (summer/winter) is way to expensive.

was not offered an alignment check which i wouldve appreciated. Prices were good, not great. overall customer service was excellent

No wait time to get my car in but took a lil longer than usual for oil change/tire rotation due to the fact that it was hard for mechanics to get to oil filter. Never happened before when getting oil change but other than that everything seemed fine.

My only problem was that at one store I was quoted for a part and was told it would be $110 plus labor- luckily they did not have time for me to be seen that day- the next day I went to another location and for the same problem was quoted $39 for the part. $100 and $39 is a big difference.

I was grateful to get my new tires in such a timely manner even considering that they had to be picked up at another store.

I was there a week ago to rotate the tires on our car!

I went into the store because my tire light came on and they found a nail in my tire. Previously when I came in with a similar issue, I was told there is no payment to fix a tire. I was pleasantly surprised and the gentleman I spoke to said that it is a way to build customer loyalty. I even sent my boyfriend when he had a similar tire issue. So when I needed 4 new tires and a bunch of other stuff for my car last fall, I went into the store and purchased it there. However, when my tire was fixed this time, the guy checking me out said it was $20. When I looked surprised, he asked where I had gotten my tires and I told him I had gotten them from the store (which he should have known since I believe I got the branded tires). He then back-peddled and said that it was free because I bought my tires there. I don't know if the policy changed or what, but a place that I felt very comfortable going and referring others to suddenly seemed less appealing. I would like to know the real policy going forward.

i needed a tire replaced and they did so quickly and efficiently despite some unforeseen problems.

I came in to get my tires rotated. I found out I needed a realignment. I didn't understand why I needed it when I didn't a few months ago when I bought new tires. The worker was very knowledgeable and fully explained why I needed one now.
