Big O Tires

Hi, My tires were rotated and replaced one bad one. Oil and fluids changed. But light comes up indicating the tires are low....

I'm a long time, repeat customer and there's a reason for that. They work with you here.

Went to have my brake pads checked. After looking at them, Big O told me I still had a few months left so it was my decision whether they changed them or not. That type of honesty and communication has created a customer for life. Thank you!

I had my tires rotated two days ago, and it was quick and painless!

The staff was very friendly! I went in for an oil change and I felt like it was taken care of extremely quick. Very easy and hassle free. The only thing I wish would have happened, is if someone could tell me if everything was good, or if I needed anything to be replaced. I was handed my key back and sent on my way. I'm not sure if I was supposed to ask, or not. The place I went to before would tell me what all I needed to get replaced or changed. Other than that, GREAT place, I will definitely be going back.

Could not be without air in 90 degree weather. Helped me immediately and worked with my schedule. Always pleasant and reasonable to work with.

I came in very last minute at the end of their day with a nail in my tire... I was so scared and worried ... the guys at the shop made me feel comfortable and welcome.... they were so helpful to fix my tired with a big smile even though I am sure they were all exhausted from a long day!!! Thank You for such a great experience!!!

Prices have gone up since I last bought tired, so the payment was a little unexpected, but the service and personnel were great :)

RUSS, the shop owner helped me out exposing a scam that was in progress on a trade-in truck I'd recently signed papers to purchase from the ken garff Honda dealer downtown. He walked me through the details of it"�FREE OF CHARGE. Honest, reliable. They have my business and trust.

I had some work done on a car previously. I had to bring it back because the brakes were soft. They had to flush and fill the fluid, I felt like that should have been done during the first visit. I have been happy most of the time with Big O.

The people at the Highland Drive Store were fantastic. Service was quick and less expensive than I thought! They did my alignment in 10 minutes! Well done.

Big-o treated me like I was family! I was out car shopping with my son, had a few extra moments and stopped in to have my tires rotated. They were so quick and efficient, that I brought a potential purchase back for them to look at. They steered me away from the first car, but gave the second car a clean bill of health. We purchased the second car and it works great. The guys at Big-o, Chris especially, were awesome.
