They could not break the rust on the tie rods to adjust the alignment and told me that the only option was to cut them out and replace them for $1100. I took my car to an alignment shop and they were able to break the rod rust no problem and it cost $65. I asked the alignment shop if they used special tools or techniques and they said no. I think Big O did not make a concerted effort to break the rod rust. I do like this Big O and will continue to purchase tires and get them serviced, but if was frustrating to me to have to bring my car to 2 shops to align the car.

I think of myself as a very loyal customer. The past few months i have spent over 6000 dollars on the 3 cars i have. Well yesterday when i went in to have my air conditoner serviced as it was shooting how air out i was treated in less than friendly manner which is very shocking. ELESE who was i charge as Russ was off in my opinion was way out of line. Thank god Kyle was there and took care of me as he fixed my a/c. I did not ask ELESE to put my car a head of other customers who were there before me. But ELESE told me that she could not put my car ahead of others who was there first. I always thought of ELese as a freind but i guess not. Form now on I will go to Kyle and Russ for my help as i can see she must be tired of seeing me in there so often. This is the first time under RUSS owner ship this as happened to me. I hope it does not happen again.

New Manager has been awesome! He's been very professional and always making sure to take care of. We have them take care of our Comcast Fleet and always making sure service is done and will communicated w/ me or the supervisor if other works needs to get done. Happy!

Had an alignment done and the said they were barely able to align the car(I'm going to have to go back because I don't if their is parts that need to be replaced Idk). Took it for a drive and the car was still turning right and it only got slightly worse from there. Again I'm going to have to back and see what they say.

I'm a little concerned at the price mark up on parts. My wife was sold a list of repairs including replacing a distributor cap for $420. When we got the vehicle back and I spoke with my regular mechanic. We were told that he had just checked that part days before and it didn't need to be changed. We also learned that the cost of that part over the counter (without a special volume discount that a shop would get) was only $220. Seems like a $200 mark up on a part is just a little excessive. I work in sales. I can see 30% to 50%. But DOUBLE????

I purchased a set of tires on Wednesday March 20th. I wished to purchase Big O brand but you were out of stock. I settled on some General's as I had to leave town the next day. They weren't in stock either but I was told that they would have them in the shop that evening. I paid for my tires and scheduled my appointment for the next morning at 9am. When I arrived, I was told that my tires weren't there and that I'd have to wait for someone to go pick them up. I get it, stuff happens. It was an inconvenience but not a huge deal. When I returned, I asked that my spare be fitted with the best of my old tires. I was told they'd wave the fee for that because of the inconvenience of not having the tires I wanted and not having the tires I purchased at the shop. Well luckily it was a safe trip, but we just got home and I checked the spare and it's the same bald tire as before. Your workers in house are both nice and knowledgeable. Your store looks clean and well maintained. However The most important aspects:the product and services, are pretty disappointing.

Everything was fine, staff was friendly and store was priced good and all that. Only complaint is they tried to tell me my tie rods, inner and outer on both sides of my rack, were shot. Which was not true at all. I always like to be unassuming when I go to tire places just to kinda see if they'll try to take advantage of me. Not saying I'm the god of cars, but I was a mechanic for 3 years at a toyota dealership so I'm usually fairly on top of things when it comes to my cars. On top of that I had my car inspected the next day and my mechanic said they were absolutely fine. Good experience but I wish they hadn't tried to fool me out of a whole lot more money.

The new management is awesome. They are genuine and want to help. They know what they are talking about and give you mutiple options on parts so you can make an informed decision.
