Big O Tires

You cancelled my business account for some reason. Just as well. Your sales rep sold me the wrong tires, so I wasted $1000 and had to purchase a second set. What a waste of my hard earned money. I asked for snow tires as I live in park city and instead she sold me mud defender tires that don't perform in the snow worth a crap. Disappointing. Then, your technician ruined my daughters transmission by draining the transmission fluid instead of the oil for an oil change. He left the transmission fluid empty then overfilled the oil with new oil on top of the old oil, even though it hadn't been drained. The transmission was damaged and we still had to have the oil changed elsewhere. What a disaster. I used to do all my business with Ted when the prior owner had the store. Since you took over there, I've had nothing but trouble. Your crew is awful.

I called big o to get a price on replacing a crank shaft sensor for a dodge stratus, I spoke with the owner ted he said "it would cost me about 1,000$ because they would have to take the manifold off and a days work, I called big o on 33rd so 2000 east he said 300.00 that sounds about right. With big o 's price on 3120 so highland Dr soundsmore like highway robbery and orrefusal of service! I took my car to air view service on 1700 so 1100 e 215.00$ and my car was done in 90 minutes.wow I would have rated them with a 0 but it wasn't an option

I have bought 4 sets of tires for 4 different vehicles in the past 4 years. Big O has always done a great job and they are very accommodating.

Alise is completely incompetent and has a serious attitude problem. She is rude when she talked to me, she was rude when she answered the phone. Horrible customer service on her end. Everyone else was GREAT!

A business is only as good or great as it's employees. You can have all the fancy displays and marketing, but without employees that care it doesn't matter. I appreciate Russ and the crew and their willingness to help find options and the right solutions to whatever issue I might have with my vehicle. Also being able to get the job done in a timely manner (just as they had said). I watched many years ago as this store and employees just quit caring about the customer. Was it an absent owner, bad management, bad and dishonest mechanics under payed employees???Not sure. I hope that the employees and mechanic that make this store a great place now, are valued and compensated well. They are what makes it worth coming back to.

In the times that we have taken our Honda into Big O we have continually have had problems. Ranging from improper mechanical work, to overlooking vital repairs, to damaging the hood. This seems to happen at the 900 South 300 West and the 3120 South Highland Drive Shops. The New owner, manager and some employees are quick to blame the old owner and old crew for the damages the New owner is responsible for, but the New owner doesn't want to take responsibility and gives too many inaccurate excuses. If you treat you car like it's DISPOSABLE, and you don't care about you or your families SAFETY, take it to Big O. If you do CARE, DON'T. GO SOME PLACE THAT TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR WORK AND CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR SAFETY.

Can I please get a refund for the 3 year alignment check that I purchased about 1 year ago. Will never take my cars here for work and recommend that no one else do so either if you value your safety.

I tryed another tire store to fix my tire that I had put fix a flat in they would NOT. Big O did and didn't even charge me. I will tell everyone I know to shop there. And NOT go to firestone. Thank you Big O for not taking advantage of me.

Found broken off stud on wheel while checking brake pad wear on wife's car. She was leaving to drive to Montana tomorrow, so blessed I found it. These guys are the only place that have done work on the wheels and tires since I purchased tires from them more than a year ago. The tires have been rotated multiple times since buying and have the 3 year alignment package with them as well. I cannot prove that they broke it off but should have at least informed me that it was broken. Very dangerous and don't trust their work. Do I need to remove all tires each time they are rotated to ensure no studs are broken. Broken stud was filed down and had a die run over it because threads were bad. Lug only had 3 - 4 turns since stud so short. Surprised that you could even torque it. Manager who fixed used f word, threatened, and thru me out the store only we were outside.

I WAS GLAD TO HAVE FOUND THESE GUYS!! ALL THE OTHER SHOPS DOWNTOWN WERE BUSY & TOLD ME I HAD TO WAIT TILL 8PM! BUT WHEN I CALLED THIS PLACE THEY WERE ABLE TO BOOK ME IN & WHEN I GOT THERE I WAITED NO MORE THAN 5 MINS & THEY WERE ALREADY WORKING ON MY CAR!! :) FAST & FRIENDLY SERVICE! I WILL DEF. RETURN IF I'M EVER IN THE AREA AGAIN!! I WANTED TO GIVE A BIG THANK YOU TO ELISE!! SHE HELPED ME OUT SOOO MUCH WHEN IT CAME MY RC WILLEY ACCOUNT!

I came to the highland store a week ago to get a balance and rotation, I informed the guy that I had to fill one and think I have a slow leak. Never checked for a leak so I'm back again with a low tire. And one of my hubcaps is missing. I'll use another big o next rotation.

Kyle was so incredibly helpful! We've been a couple of times and are customers for life! They found an incomplete spark plugs job that was done on my car. They tightened all of the plugs and helped get me back on the road!

My entire family has bought tires from and spent thousands of dollars at this location for the past 20 years. My husband and I always recommend Big O to friends as well. Today something happened that makes me never want to return there ever again. A new manager was working that we had never seen before and when my elderly mother went in by her self to have new tires put on he purposely tried to take advantage of her because she was an older woman alone, one he obviously thought wasn't smart enough to know a scam . My mother has always in the past only ever bought 2 tires at a time instead of an entire set of 4 due to the fact that her front tires always wear out faster than the back , which has never been a problem in the 15 years she's owned it. Today a half hour after leaving her car at the shop she received a call from the manager telling her they couldn't replace just the 2 she wanted and had to instead install 4 brand new tires because having tires on the car with different tread depths could cause problems and would be a liability for them. I could understand if she had wanted different tire sizes but tread depth on the exact same size of tire would in no way damage the vehicle. Hearing this, my husband who has worked on cars his whole life, drove her back to just pick it up and we will now take her somewhere else to get the 2 new tires she needs. In shopping at this location I just want you to be very aware of the new manger and any possible scams.

I went in to get tires for my car. They had to have them brought over from another store since they were non-standard sized tires, so they wouldn't have them until the next morning, but I was looking to have the tires replaced for the next day anyways. They were able to work with me on what time to bring the car in as well. When I brought my car in the next morning, they put the tires on, checked the alignment, & balanced them in about 1.5 hrs. They were very friendly & helpful. No complaints here.
