I LOVE going to this Big O Tires. It's easy and convenient as it's so close to my house. The employees are so knowledgeable and friendly! I've been to a lot of Big O Tire/automotive locations, and have sometimes been talked down to because I'm female. That has NEVER happened to me or my partner at this location. We will continue to be loyal to this location as long as we're in SLC!

I called about pricing and Kyle was very helpful and after I got my tires on he talked to me about my car and other things that needed work and he was not pushy and very informative. I would definitely go back and work with him again. They also replaced my winter tires very quickly.

I've been having an issue with my starter. I asked the associate to take a look and see if there was a problem. While they took care of my oil change and tire rotation, they took a look and told me all was well. They even gave me a couple tips on how to help my truck start. They let me know that if the issue continues to bring it in and they will take care of it. Thanks Big O!

This location is so close to my home! Everyone I've worked with has been super knowledgeable and polite, and the work has been efficient! My only gripe is the bathroom - it is clean, but definitely old :)

They help me out to got me in and out of the store quick and I just had a good experience with him and we'll go back there my brother used to go to that store.

I arrived early for a scheduled appointment the manager got me started and told me how long it would take because they were really busy. When I went to my care to get a pen they already had it in and the manager was pulling my tires to help his crew. It took less time then I expected. The team work was excellent.
