I love these guys and won't go anywhere else.

Been doing business with this Big O location for decades. They are TOPNOTCH!!!

When I called for a tire rotation they said they were quite busy but would get me in as soon as they could. When I arrived they took my car in right away and were done in less than 30 minutes. I appreciated their quick and friendly service.

I won't take my cars anywhere else

I've been using the store on South Harrison for years, mostly for tires. I have found them to also be very good with mechanical diagnosis and repairs. The mechanic(s) there are proficient honest and caring. The last work I had done was replacement of high pressure power steering hose and entailed a lot of labor. They completed the work in a very reasonable time and the price came in $150.00 less than I was quoted by dealership.The store is well managed and clean with excellent counter help.

They are professional, friendly, and always tell you what is going on with the vehicle they are working on. If something is bad, they show you and ask before replacing.

Always willing to get you in even when busy. Very well run shop by Bryan and his crew and keeps you informed about your vehicle without over-selling repairs.

I called Nick and he told me that they were hitting a slow patch in the day and it would be a perfect time to bring the GMC in. They listened to my concerns and drove the car and confirmed what I was experiencing. They were able to fix it and they explained how they came to their conclusion

They found out why my car acted as if it was our of balance.

I needed new tires and told them they it might as well do an oil change too since it had been a long time since I had one. They inspected my vehicle and said that I didn't need an oil change yet since I hadn't driven very much (pandemic). That was really cool because most places would have done it whether or not I needed it yet.
