Tire was shot from road hazard. I bought tires from Big O but I failed to buy hazard insurance since I have never had a hazard problem in the 60 years I have been driving. The replacement tire I needed was not in stock because the tire I needed (Yokohama) was no longer being carried because of manufacture supply changes. It was late in the day but the dealer made a special trip the next day to get the tire I needed. Luckily I was not in a dire need of having a replacement and I appreciated the extra effort the dealer made to have the tire for me the next day. I plan on bringing my truck in for new tire in the near future because of there service.

I was on a tight schedule and they made sure everything was done and I was out the door on time.

I have never been to this location before and was nervous walking in. As a woman, you never quite know what you in for when you take a car in to the shop and I usually send my husband instead. I was pleasantly surprised when I brought my car in to be inspected for my annual state renewal. I was served quickly and the only problem brought to my attention was two new tires that I knew I needed. The gentlemen asked what type of driving I did and brought me back a great tire option that wasn't over-priced for what I needed. I listened to this man greet and assist several other customers as I waited for my vehicle to be completed. Each time he was polite, clearly explained the problem and offered solutions so customers felt at ease. I went home and told my husband that was probably one of the best experiences I had in a tire store. Thank you for creating a welcoming environment, providing quick service and not trying to oversell. I will certainly refer others to your location.
