Tire was shot from road hazard. I bought tires from Big O but I failed to buy hazard insurance since I have never had a hazard problem in the 60 years I have been driving. The replacement tire I needed was not in stock because the tire I needed (Yokohama) was no longer being carried because of manufacture supply changes. It was late in the day but the dealer made a special trip the next day to get the tire I needed. Luckily I was not in a dire need of having a replacement and I appreciated the extra effort the dealer made to have the tire for me the next day. I plan on bringing my truck in for new tire in the near future because of there service.

I asked about new tires for my Subaru and was told the tires were at the warehouse ifI wanted them. The manager seemed set on selling me a certain brand although they sold lots of makes. I came back the next day and had the tires installed. The new tires were reasonable and drove good.

I was on a tight schedule and they made sure everything was done and I was out the door on time.

Brian and the Crew always do an excellent job. As a retired Mechanic I am very picky who I trust for my automotive needs. They have always done above what is expected.
