Big O Tires

Service was good - charged $60+ for a simple regular oil change. This is excessive, dealer charges $39.

The staff could not be more friendly, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate what they do for me..

didn't do my alignment correctly, had to go back to get it redone

I needed a flat tire repaired. Staff was very friendly. Had the tire done within an hour. Also it was free of change. I was very happy!!!!

I just recently had new tires on my car. I have been a Big O customer for years and in the past, the price quote was always, mounted and balanced. This time however, the salesman never mentioned it (I should have asked) as a result, I was disappointed to see a fee of approx. $20 PER TIRE! for mounting....Not good.

The type of service I’ve received over the years has been unprecedented. I live in West Jordan and still travel to this location in South Ogden for all of my tire and wheel needs. Over the past 17 years I’ve purchase at lease 4 or 5 sets of wheels and twice as many tires. I refuse to do business with anyone else. I’ll be ordering another set of wheels and tires for a new car I’ve ordered. I only wish I could purchase tires for all of my semi trucks from this Big O. Customer service is why Big O in South Ogden, Utah is my go to wheel and tire provider.

I had a good experience overall when I came in to get my flat tire patched up. The guy at the front desk just didn't seem like he was very willing to help me. I really like using Big O Tires for my flats as well as tire replacement, but when I end up replacing my rear tires for winter, I will probably go to another Big O Tires store for better customer service.

Friendly and expedient service

I spent 391$ on oil change, tire rotation and new break pads. It was way to over priced. I am thinking about going somewhere else next time. They were nice but too overpriced

Brandon and Brian have been an awesome team for years. Friendly service and have always given me good advice. Service is timely and always professionals done. This Big O should be a model for other stores.

Took my vehicle in fir a transmission flush and the service was never performed tech told me it couldnt be done and service writer claimed there were 2 diffrent dip sticks and if the wrong one was pulled it would mess up 3rd gear on the transmission i told them the procdure on how to check the fluid and drain and i was then told they would get it done which it never was i drove my vehicle a day or two and then started having shifting issues when i tried towing a small trailer so when i git home i checked the fluid myself which involved removing the transmission mout to acess the dip stik and the fluid was blacker than the motor oul and low draines the fluid myself and replaced it with spec fluid car drives better than it did before

came in to use the 50,000 mile warranty I had on the tires I purchased from you a little over a year ago. I was told because of where the hole in the tire was that they wouldn't help me. they did however offer to sell me new stuff. after I told them no I came to get my car. I get home after and check to see if I can find the hole in my tire, but I couldn't because they never put the tire back in my car! the gentleman on the phone wasn't apologetic or helpful at all. Now I am worried because I purchased a thousand dollar set of tires for my Lexus 6 months back and i know if something happens you will do whatever you can not to help me. This is very sad to me, seems like your company is starting to care more about getting a sale than actually helping people out ir suggesting what they actually need. you have lost my business.

They went above and beyond to get my tires and wheels as fast as possible and they went the extra mile in painting my calipers for my new pads and rotors.

Treated my wife like crap. I'll never go there again.

I've been going to same Big O for years. Tried a local shop closer to my home and was a C+ experience. Also I drive past 3 other Big O Tire Stores to get to this one...South Ogden Big O

I was told I had a broken CV Axel. I took it to get a second opinion at Les Schwab, and they showed me under the car that there was nothing wrong with the CV axels. I don't want to say that your guys were lying because i am not 100% sure that's what they were doing. But it doesn't bode well and I definitely won't be back to your location. It does not instill confidence.

Brandon was so helpful. We had a lot of fixes to be done, and he was great at helping us budget the safety issues first and get us back on the road for the holidays

SOUTH OGDEN BIG O Awful customer Service! The two older guys at the desk are JERKS!!!! Sent me to another store because they're LAZY!!! Not friendly not personable!!!! Go to the 4th street one! Never had problems there. 4th street 5 STARS
