Big O Tires

my wife on 7/25 /18 was having a problem with her 2006 licoln towncar. she was told that it would cost over $1400.00 to repair. we reside in montana so your location must have thought she being a female was at your mercy.we have already had the car repaired at a honest repair shop for under $600.00. they could not believe how you tried to rip her off. we have the estimate on paper for parts and labor. i have contacted the BBB. i am waiting to here back from them to see what i can do to rip offs such as yourselfs.

Went in for true rotation. They decided to take off my tires and then tell me they wouldnt put them back on. And I needed to buy new tires from them. Dishonest folks here at big o in south ogden. Be careful

Not very happy with this place they are very good about taking care of you when buying tires but when you go to get your tires rotation done they take other customers ahead of you that are buying tires so that once you get your tires bought don't expect the service you get when you buy them I'm disappointed enough I will probably never go to big o to buy tires again

I have never taken my car to Big O tires for an oil change. This is false information. All work is don't by the dealership under warranty and I have the papers to prove it.

It turned out the there was a battery replacement needed in the left front tire cap. Had no idea those even existed. I was grateful for the quick and friendly service and honesty.
