The employee at the front desk, (who didn't have a name tag, but was wearing a grey shirt, with short dark spiked hair) was professional and personable. His communication was excellent, he kept me notified of any findings, and was patient while I made a decision. Additionally, he was empathetic about having us wait for our car, frequently checked when it was done, and personally drove it to the closest spot as soon as it was finished. I'm glad there's a survey because I was considering calling the location and sharing my accolades, and perhaps requesting a raise. I appreciated the color-coded paper about the findings and recommendations for my car. It was easy to read. I also liked the online coupons and rebate options.

The employees were helpful and patient. I had my kids with me and the tech gave them a small toy to play with. The tires I requested online were not available, so they replaced them with the next step up for no extra charge. They asked me before performing additional repairs on my vehicle and explained all the documents and coverages that were included. Never spoke to me like I was stupid.

Brian at South Ogden is really the only person we trust with our car and Jeep. We know that he will be honest with us about what needs to be done and that's huge. Mostly we just bring the vehicles in for tires and oil changes but sometimes something goes wrong and we completely trust him with those issues as well. Brian Hunt and the team in South Ogden truly make me feel as if I were a member of the team. All of the techs there go above and beyond with their customer service. I live 40 miles away on the south side of Salt Lake City and I drive to that specific location every time for the past 15 years.
