Another shop told me my tread was too low despite having plenty of tread left. Your team didn’t try to sell me on something I didn’t need. It’s hard to know who to trust with car care, but your team earned mine.

Big O has taken good care of us over the years and continued that track record on this visit. They warehouse sent over only 3 tires in the size I needed. This caused an extra wait despite having pre-ordered the tires. They provided a discount for my trouble and informed me of the situation.Also --- they helped me pick out a great tire.

I was able to have a one-stop shop at this location. I had my tires roasted, they offered the alignment packages I wanted, i was able to complete my On The Spot Renewal for my car, and get the windshield replaced

I originally purchased (2) tires for my car and had the road hazard added to the purchase I recommend that to all new buyers period. After (6) months of driving I had problems with air leaking out from the right tire, the technician found a huge construction staple in a position that could not be repaired. The sales representative was very helpful in helping me with (2) new tires because it would be a balance fit. It only cost me a small fraction which I was happy to pay. I know that I got the better deal thanks Big-O-Tires….
