Big O Tires

I love this Big O location - theyve always been quick and very honest with me about what I need to do right now and what can wait. I will be a customer of theirs for a long time to come!

I brought in my vehicle and left it overnight with the intent of getting services. I shared information with the key drop off. Keaton called me to check on what services I had requested and to clarify. He then made assessments, called on parts, reviewed prices, send me photos and videos so I could make the best decision on how to proceed. He has been friendly, courteous and has kept me informed. I appreciate Keaton and Big O for their quality of work and support.

This Big O store is amazing. I have taken all of my vehicles to them over the past many years. I have always trusted them and they have never taken advantage of any situation. They rotated my tires that were not purchased there for free, they lowered my headlights that were not purchased there for free as well. I finally needed some new tires and was very happy that I could finally pay for something at this store. I always tell people that this is the place to go to get honest reliable service.

I had to get a surprise flat tire fixed and it was done in about 40 minutes and I was able to get to work still.

Dudes at Big O are always superb!

We asked for a very complicated job to be done. We brought 10 sets of wheels to the shop and all of them needed to be swapped to different wheels. Our associate was very helpful, made sure that we were understood, and made sure that we got the best deal possible.
