I just dropped in not fully expecting to be put into que for my tire rotation. I tried and always try to come to Big-O when it is off peak and NOT snowing or snow expected

It is a convenient location and we have done business at Big O for over 20 years. We have always found Big O to be fair with us. We feel that they don't over-sell services and do not perform unnecessary work, nor do they over-charge us.
