MIke explained the tire options for the Chevy Sonic. Although the coupon I had for Bridgestone and Firestone did not apply, he helped find a great option, and gave a courtesy discount to recognize being a repeat customer. He also worked with us to have their best technician at alignments do our car. I am totally satisfied with this experience.
