I just dropped by with a tire (off my vehicle) needing to be fixed and they fixed it very quickly even though I didn’t have an appointment or a car. I take all my tire needs and more to Draper Big o because they treat me very well, explain all options and give reassurance!!!

The staff working the front desk are always very helpful and friendly. When they are answering phones, talking to the staff, or helping in person customers, they keep the customer happy. Mike is very helpful most times I visit Big O.

I've come here for years and they are the best! I especially like the alignment package and the fact big o actually stands by their warranty. All the workers are friendly and helpful. The mechanics are good. Mike is always a pleasure to deal with at the front counter. I really like getting six months no interest and visa card rewards with my big o credit card.
