Big O Tires

The staff working the front desk are always very helpful and friendly. When they are answering phones, talking to the staff, or helping in person customers, they keep the customer happy. Mike is very helpful most times I visit Big O.

I've come here for years and they are the best! I especially like the alignment package and the fact big o actually stands by their warranty. All the workers are friendly and helpful. The mechanics are good. Mike is always a pleasure to deal with at the front counter. I really like getting six months no interest and visa card rewards with my big o credit card.

Mike is awesome. He really takes the time to get to know you and your needs. He was willing to work with me on options and prices. I will be returning for all my future endeavors

The wait for an oil change is a quick turn around and they do not leave you sitting for too long in the lobby.

I have to say, I ended up disappointed after my last visit. And, I was less than friendly when I returned to angerly explain that there was still a problem. BUT, they were awesome and took care of the situation and fixed the problem (so far!) I've always brought my tire business to this location of Big O. I like Mike and his employees. Thank you very much for handling this situation very professionally. I will continue to do business there (I own 5 cars!) and recommend them to any and all.

I went to big o because I had a tire blow out. The young man asked if I had bought the tires there. I told him yes. He checked to see if they were still under warranty and they were so the tire was free. Very friendly proactive service and very quick
