Big O Tires

Mike the manager always seems to be straight forward and honest. He was swamped the day I went in but he got the service completed in a timely manner. Have been going there for years. Will be back. Dan H.

Recommendation of tires, price, replaced 4 tires, went above and beyond in finding used rim for a spare (my car didn't have one), changed lug nuts so I can remove them, and got a four way lug nut wrench for me, all in one day!

Mike Conrad, the Store Manager helped me. I needed my Lexus checked out for a trip from UT to VA. I was worried about my daughter and I driving so far away and he explained everything they would check out and why and fixed the problems they found including new brakes, oil change, belt that needed to be replaced and other things. I knew the car was in good shape for the trip. And I was grateful for Mike and the other guys help in completing that. Every time I get my car serviced there it’s always the same great experience!

Friendly staff who accommodated to specific details I wanted like a 5 tire balance and adhesive weights rather than hammer on weights. Good experience!

Originally went into here to grab 2 new tires that were a mid grade tire not the cheapest but not the most expensive, upon arrival mike was quick to tell me that for a way better price he had 4 very very slightly used tires, I went in planning to pay 460 for 2 and left paying 650 for 4 he wa super friendly and helpful and made a huge difference in my truck performance thank you so much!

I came in at the end of the day and was helped quickly. Discussed my issues was given some options and we decided to start simple and move on from there if necessary. So far it's driving better and I think we got the problem solved!
