I just really like the tires I got from you.

I was in a hurry for a trip I was going to go in later that day and the people there quickly took my truck and called me as soon as they were done, I thanked them for being so prompt with the call.

The staff was very friendly. Felt they were honest- good customer service skills

It was great but some of the employees couldn’t drive stick sooo kinda left me hanging but the manager at the front desk could.

I didn’t get one of those reminder stickers for the window to help me remember when I need another oil change. Not a huge deal, I just like them so I remember where I went before.

service team was able to get my truck in today for an oil change. They told me approximately an hour to hour 1/2 wait and it was actually done just under an hour.

It was fast. Very little waiting and the person who assisted me was very friendly and personable. I prefer going to this Big O cause it's close to my house and very easily accessable.

The manager ( Mike) helped me with a problem and went out of his way to get it solved I really appreciated all his help.I always go to this location for all my car needs because of the men working there. They always help me understand what’s needed , why , and how they’ll fix things. Also, most important , through the years I’ve gone to them they have shown I can trust them to be honest about my cars needs. As a female that’s very important to me as cars are not what I’m an expert on!

I like how easy it is to check in at this location. I am always worried I will be ripped off, but the employees here make me feel like they aren't scammers and problems are solved quickly and efficiently.
